Definitely not worth what they charge. Soy burger or something - didn't taste right. Only thing good was their fries.

Apparently having a big order upset the owner and the guy who took our order was hateful. They also charge almost 2 extra dollars to use your credit card there.
The food has always been great. Their hotdogs are the ONLY hotdogs I actually crave at times LoL Only reason I gave them 4/5 stars, is due to the few times I've went by there with my family and certain employees weren't always the friendliest
I've been coming here for over 30 years. Always a great experience and great food. The big Bubba combo meal and barrel of fries are what keep me coming back.
Onion rings were sweet and oily fries were the same as the old place. Totally got my order wrong ended up paying for more then we wanted or needed
Excellent chicken nuggets, amazing french fries and awesome cheese sticks. I highly recommend this small, but awesome place.
The burgers were dry, but the fries were awesome ?. Reminded me of checkers fries!The price was high for burgers and fries from a fast food shack. I would rather sit at a nice restaurant and pay the same price.
I visited this location and was very disappointed. The guy who was at the window was very unfriendly. That already upset me. Because I work customer service and know that it’s is very important to have a friendly face and tone when speaking with customers. This guy seemed like he was miserable and hated himself and his job. The fries were cold.. and there was a whitish grayish hair in them. That completely made the food uneditable to us. I called wanting a refund or for them to remake the food. The “manager” was also rude. He had that “too bad” kind of attitude. Overall.. after many years of loving this food .. I will not be returning anytime soon. Very disappointed and do not recommend if you are expecting friendly people and hair free food.
Best fries in East Tennessee. The owner is a huge Red Sox fan, and so am I! Very fast and friendly!
