I love this place they r so friendly I called in a order today hostess was very sweet food was fantastic 100% satisfied my favorite place to eat
Should be one star, but the manager up front tried her best. Deathly allergic to shellfish. They brought my food out with shrimp. Obviously it needed to be remade, which took forever & everyone was done eating by the time I got my food again. I had ordered the steak & chicken well done, I do not like any undercooked food. The second plate had pink steak & undercooked chicken. The waiter tells us that the kitchen refuses to make a another plate & that we’re trying to get free food. What?! We eat at this restaurant once a week & the front knows us when we come in. Never again. Poor way to treat loyal customers.To her credit the front management apologized & went in the kitchen to make the food herself. It was excellent.
Another small restaurant that was hit hard during the dreadful covid crap. The food here was DELICIOUS, but between staff shortages, and the decline of the actual mall where they are located, my husband and I have stopped going here. The last time I was in there, the floors were filthy and they had minimal staff (all very friendly and hard-working, definitely a great group of people). I hope they can either get better help or move out of the location they are in so they can thrive again.

We sat outside in the enclosed patio. I had a taco salad and margarita. My husband had a steak platter that came with beans, rice lettuce, tomato and soft taco shells. He really enjoyed it. My salad could have had more salad components. It was heavy on the beef. The service was good and the food came quickly.
Always love this place. Now they have added new dishes to eat.
Amazing food and drinks. Had the spinach enchiladas and omg.....the mushrooms on top where delicious. Husband had the chicken chimichanga and it was delicious as well. 10/10 will come back. Our waiter was very respectful of me and my husband's time alone too. Thank you Cancun!
Service was horrible today. Ate with some friends. Order was wrong. Had to wait even longer for food. Still wrong. Very rude customer service. I would not recommend going to this location. Try another restaurant.
Very poor customer service! We was a group of 4 and had a horrible experience here yesterday afternoon! Our waiter was very rude! Only one person there had a good attitude and I didn't get to catch her name but she was working her butt off an was doing a very good job and spoke to us with a very good attitude an was very kind. But our waiter on the other hand horrible.
Food was terrible and lacking in taste....We are from Texas so I admit our standards are pretty high, I always take that into consideration and give every place a fair chance. Cancun was just lacking in taste all together. Some of my husband's food was rubbery and mine was burnt to the point of not being able to eat it. Will not be returning..
