Just came thru the drive thru for breakfast Cashier on headset and taking money was incredibly nice and polite and my croissan'wiches are fresh and still steaming hot Thank you for the great service! Keep up the great job guys you are appreciated
We arrived at this BK location in Maryville, TN 7:03 pm. I sat at the order speaker for 10 minutes. It is currently 7:30 and I have not paid yet. I have been sitting at the window for 5 minutes without anyone coming to the window at all. I have seen 5 employees working (that’s without me seeing how many are in the back). I am very close to driving off. I should have already. At this point I am staying to see how horrible this is. We have finally gotten out food and drinks and it is 7:39. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Placed an order on the app, at a different location than this one, went to pick it up and they were closed. I blew my horn at drive-through window for a minute, and an employee came and told me I would have to contact the app and get my money back. I made it to this location not long after because my wife wanted Burger King. A lady named Kelly and another very nice lady listened to my story and gave me two Hershey pies for my troubles. Burger King is lucky to have these ladies work for them, they go above and beyond. Thank you again very much ladies.
Paid $22 for three bacon cheeseburgers and three small fries missing two Whoppers and a bacon cheeseburger way to go didn't find out of course till we got home
How hard is it to give someone a solace packet? Added additional line just to take an additional 40 minutes. Do better
I liked the servers, they were nice. But like I ordered an 8 pc nugget and they gave me jalapeno poppers instead lmao
Good quality. Friendly staff. Normally quick service. Occasionally I've had wait times a bit longer than usual but nothing major. One of the better fast food places in my area.
