Was very good as was the service.Only complaint was all, literally, all the tables in the dining room were dirty. I told them and they promptly sent someone out to clean them. All of them except the one we were eating at which was understandable.
There was only three young children working that wasn't the best but they were doing their best and didn't help that a Karen came in asking for the number for corporate because her chicken sandwich took 5 minutes. Decent place.
Nice, new, clean restaurant. Greatest chicken sandwich ever. Good spices not dried out. Great pickles. And that dirty rice though!
waited over 30 minutes for a 4 piece chicken tender meal. went in the store and suddenly it was ready. awful service. horrible workers. something needs to change. there’s no reason a bunch of 16 year olds are running the place by themselves.
Food is good, but service is not. After patiently waiting for over 20 minutes for fresh chicken and then macaroni and cheese, because they weren't ready, they get the order wrong! How can you have over 20 minutes to prepare an order and still get it wrong? They were supposed to substitute wings for the thighs, which they didn't, and it was supposed to have unsweetened tea and it was sweet!
I got the four piece chicken tender with a biscuit and with a side of dirty rice. The chicken was dry, room temp, and crusty... It tasted like it had been sitting out all day.The biscuit and rice was great though.
Super! Service was very kind and quick. Orders were correct and fresh. The staff offered, without being asked, to compensate for long wait times, etc. with extra pieces of chicken. Considerate customer service, great experiences at this new location!
Ordered the advertised BLT chicken sandwich combo and got the standard - please pull forward and wait….they said they were dropping fresh chicken. 20 minutes (or a little more than) later I went in and asked about my order. And it was ready and was handed to me. No sorry, no explanation, nothing :(
I am very disappointed in this bojangles me and my husband went here saturday to grab a bite to eat and we paid with a 100 bill ths cashier called for the manager to come change it for her and when she gave back the change it was 2.00 short i didnt notice it til we was pulling out. I did a review and emailed the company. If u go to this bojangles drive thru watch your change back apparently its ok for the cashier to jip u out of money. Its sad people gotta steal from u when they got a job. If she didnt have it she should of said something not took it from us. Im not happy with my experience.
My personal Bojangles low point. Cajun filet biscuit w/ egg and cheese, and a sweet tea. Tea seemed watered down and the filet was very thin and dry (probably because it was so thin). Still better than most fast food chicken though.
