I've ordered Delivery from them numerous times. There have been mix ups several times, but yesterday was the worst. I ordered online through Beyond Menu. I thought a ordered a large pizza, they said I ordered a small and small is what was on the ticket. However, the worst part was the service. I ordered a salad (that comes with breadsticks), fried mushroom and a pizza. The driver shows up with a salad, no breadsticks, fried mushrooms and no pizza. We called and discussed the size of the pizza and the manger intended to send the prepared small pizza that had been sitting for 30-45 minutes. I asked for a large pizza and was willing to pay the diffrerence and wanted a fresh pizza, not one that was sitting around. They ended up delivering the original small pizza that was cold and left a snarky voicemail on my phone that this was what they were going to do. What happened to good customer service, where customers were important and businesses tried to make up for mistakes?
I first ordered from Bella Roma in January when I had CoVid and didn’t get to go with family to Disney World. I had a gift card with Grubhub. I was very impressed with the quality and timeliness of my order. I ordered this afternoon. The cheese bread is so yummy and the homemade marinara is so good! I could buy a bottle at a time. Service is great. Would definitely recommend.
Just placed a delivery order to my hotel room, & not knowing the area.Absolutely, surprised to my believe!! First, it was delivered with the most friendliness& beautiful smile at my door. Along with that it smelled fabulous & then after I tasted it it was delicious!! Highly Recommend !!
We went yesterday for the first time, the deep dish pizza is phenomenal with a nice crunch on the crust. We will definitely be back!
We had forgotten about Bella Roma and hadn't been in years. We are so glad we came back. Megan was SO friendly and joyful. The pizza was really good. We had an alfredo pizza with gyro meat and feta hand tossed that was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. We also had a deep dish pepperoni and sausage. Prices are very reasonable for pizza market. Will definitely be back and adding Bella Roma to our regular pizza rotation!
I have eaten here many times over the last few years and they never disappoint on good tea and a great pizza. I can sit down and eat a nice dinner in a pleasant place. The staff are friendly and the prices are good. Highly recommend
After all the hoopla about how good they are, I was surprised to have a lackluster experience.First Time HereOrdered: Chicken Parmasean Sub and Garlic Fried MushroomsSize for Price: Spot onPresentation: The sub looked like they sat on it.Taste: Everything was bland and cold (20min from order to pick-up)I will have to try a pizza next time.
Love the pizza and food, but honestly tonight whoever was answering the phones needs a adititude adjustment. Just rude.
This is how my pizza was delivered.Quantity is more important than quality with the manager at Bella Roma. About 20 seconds after receiving my delivery, I immediately called the store. I provided the attached picture to the manager and his stated " I will make another pizza and send it out to you with another driver." An hour and a half later I called the store and was told by the same manager " I could give you a credit or send a driver back with your money and leave it at the front desk." He also stated that the pizza was still edible. I explained to the manager that I was from.out of town and leaving at 4am. It was then understood that my refund was going to be delivered to me because "we are short on drivers." ( this did not make any sense to me) 2 hours later after not receiving a refund or food I drove to the location and asked to speak with the manager. It was not until then he stated he was going to deliver my refund later. He then asked if I wanted him to remake my.pizza or refund the money back. I kindly declined the offer for another pizza and asked him for my money back. It was more important to the manager to make as much money over correcting an issue that was out of the customers control. The issue was not important enough for him to correct at that time.
Delivery person was nice, salad was good...but pizza left a lot to be desired. Little Ceasars is much better and a lot cheaper. Two stars is for the delivery gal.
