Good food and service. However, July 16, 2022 get new menus printed. These are worn beyond belief. Makes me not want to spend money here.
Great food and atmosphere. There was no wait for us to get a table. (We did go on a weekday)! Highly recommend coming here! Great variety on the menu! Fun to go to with my sister, whose name is Aubrey! Plus my husband forgot his phone and an employee ran it out to him!!!
We stopped in on a weeknight and the parking lot was busy, but the 3 of us were able to get a table right away. The place looked good and the reviews were stellar so we were looking forward to a nice dinner after a long day of driving. The server impressed me when I asked for a tap list and he offered a water while he grabbed that and gave me a minute to look over that as it was extensive. I settled on something, but this is when the service took a turn. It took over 20 minutes to get a draft beer, as I sat and watched our server visit table after table, he stopped and let me know the bar had not poured my beer yet, which I found interesting that he was aware of the bars current status as I watched him spend most of his time with other tables. He again mention the bar still didn't pour my beer, perhaps the bar was backed up, but I just didn't buy his excuse since I saw him quite frequently at other tables around us. Eventually the beer came and I was happy, I ordered my second half way through my first to add a nice buffer for the bar to pour that for me. The food was very good. The cheeseburger was good, the cheese they use was excellent. The haystack pasta was fantastic, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken fingers had a perfect golden crisp to them and tasted as good as they looked. Eventually our bellies were full and we asked for the check, the waiter promptly dropped it off, but when he took it to run our card he was back to his old shenanigans. He visited 3 or 4 more tables, disappeared, visited some more tables around us. 10-15 minutes passed before he brought our check back. I'm not really sure what was going on with the service, but if we stop back we will request anyone other then this guy. Our receipt said his name was 5152 RED, I'm guessing thats not his real name.
Came in right at 9 hostesses didn't seem very happy and not super friendly but the server made up for it. She was kind and very knowledgeable when we asked questions regarding the menu. I honestly wish I could remember her name! Super friendly! Food was cooked very well and the catfish was cooked perfectly!
Normally I love, love, love Aubrey's pizza rockefeller and it's usually my go to comfort food. And it's always been made perfectly.Not yesterday when I got my pizza and took it home and opened it, the pizza looked weird, it had way too much spinach sauce on it and the chicken looked gross, all shredded up and had stuff stuck to it like skin and fat or tendons whatever it was, instead of the usual nice clean white looking slices of chicken. It literally looked mangled.I should have taken pictures, but that's in hindsight...I tried not to be too picky and told myself stop being so picky, it's fine and ate anyway.Halfway through a bite I felt food pulling from INSIDE my mouth, AND the pizza just about came apart.How disgusting.it was a hair -a long,GROSS hair that had been cooked into the cheese or whatever.I was very disappointed and sick over that.I threw the rest away, because I immediately lost my appetite. I don't know if I could stomach thinking about Aubrey's for a while.Now I have to find another favorite comfort food.
Great food. Quick, timely service. Did not wait for table, nor have reservations. Place was packed and still got food very quickly. Tons of gluten free options, unlike most other restaurants. Everyone in our group Loved their food and would definitely love to dine here again, at Maryville Aubreys. Average of $15 a plate per person for teen and adult, kids under $10 a meal. Also, they are not stingy on giving you a full plate of food. Men will most likely finish their plate, women will probably leave with leftovers (may depend on what you order). Eat here if you want your stomach and wallet satisfied. You won't leave here eating overpriced food and you Will leave Full!
Very nice dining spot. Good food good selection and good portions. Very reasonable price for a special night out. My wife had the ribeye steak and it was very flavorful and tender. I had seafood pasta and it was delicious as well. We both took half hour meals home!
Always a great meal! Ethan did an outstanding job taking care of us. Will be back again soon. Peanut Butter Pie is really great!
I liked the grilled salmon, but I didn't see any citrus sauce. The haystack pasta is wonderful. Our service was great even though it was later in the evening and the staff must have been tired. I wish they wore masks, but this is East Tennessee and no one seems to care about the latest Covid here. I would come back for the pasta!
The Maryville location of Aubrey's should well be considered as the flag ship for the chain! The service is excellent -- likely a tribute to some of the best management around! Servers work together and we customers benefit from a cine tuned engine firing on all cylinders!
