Oh dear Lord! Went there for that new burger & all I need to say is " Arby's stay in your lane & stick to what you know best." This had to be the worst burger I've ever had & I've eaten burgers in a few foreign countries; bun way larger than the patties, edge of burger was so hard that I just broke it off & brought it home to my dog & she contemplated a while before she finally ate it. The service was very fast & they have an excellent strawberry lemonade. This will not stop from going back but it will not be for a burger
This location has never been able to provide quality service. If your foods wrong or cold don’t even bother calling, they won’t answer the phone.
Drove through and the person taking our order could not get it straight and the reader board was not working. We got to the window and the gal at the window asked us what our drinks were... We only wanted one single sandwich and got 2 singles and a combo plus all the other items. We didn't realize until we got home since we had ordered so much and yes, we were charged for everything we wanted and stuff we didn't. Fries were HORRIBLE! We wanted 3 Dr Peppers and one root beer, we got all Dr Peppers. The gal handing out the food complained about the gal handing out the drinks. It was overall a bad experience.
My husband and I stopped for some lunch and they messed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich.I was pretty annoyed because I was in a hurry but the manager quickly resolved my issue and gave me my correct sandwich.I’ve worked in fast food as well and this is how its done! Corect the mistakes quick and easy. No need to argue or fuss about it. Great customer service!
I ordered 2 Reuben Sandwiches and 1 order medium crinkle cut fries. The order cost almost $17.00. The sandwiches were cold and the French fries were hot. I was very disappointed.
After 30 min in the drive thru and telling me on the phone they had every shake except chocolate they informed me when I reached the drive thru the shake machine had been down for an hour but at least the guy owned up to his mistake.open til midnight but be ready to wait for a while at night if they are open after 10
Very very clean!!! The staff there are awesome! There's not too many places left around where all the staff smile and treat the costumers with respect. They all deserve a raise in that store.
I had my first Jamocha shake in 1970 in LA. Loved it then love it now. Wish they would offer gluten free bread for sandwiches.
Fast friendly service. We ate in the parking lot. Crinkle cut fries were only half full. @ almost $3 and cold. Asked for ketchup and got a handful of Arby sauce instead because its in a red package I guess. Roast beef sandwiches were good.
Place is a joke, food put in plastic bags and it was wet when I got it home. 4 orders large fries , half cooked and greasy . The place needs to be shut down, it's a slop joint!!!!!!
