This was an incredibly satisfying trip! They say hunger is the best condiment and I was definitely hungry! We had been driving for half an hour without a restaurant in sight. Wendy's looked like the angel gates to me at that moment. I ordered a chicken deluxe, fries, sour cream and chives potato, a diet coke and a large frosty! That was just for me! Lol my son ordered a baconater fries and a drink also. It was all so delicious the potato was twice the size they normally are but they only have 2 pools of salt and forgot my straws. But anyways everything was eaten and yummy! Really wish I had a Wendy's near me!

If you have two hours to go thru the drive thru, then place is great, but my boss only gives me a hour!

Had to order by using a kiosk. Ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard. Received a burger with very little onion and mustard, a small amount of tomato and lettuce. And worst of all, it had cheese. I did not order cheese, did not want cheese. Not real happy with Wendy's.

Has to be one of the slowest and worst Wendy’s I go to, I work close to this location and food options are pretty limited so I unfortunately have to come here. The lines are always ridiculously long drive thru or dine in no matter if you place a mobile order or order when you arrive it will always take forever the staff seems to just not care at all about this. I have sat in line for 20+ mins or being the first in line inside and still have to wait 15 minutes before anyone will ask what you would like and if that’s not insult to injury not getting what you ordered after waiting your whole lunch break just save yourself the time and money and go some where else

Slow…, painfully slow, like is there more than one car in front of you, quicker to drive to Nashville or Murfreesboro slow. Food is fine, not worth 30 minutes of wait.

Not big on fast food but food was fresh and even though they were busy my order came out quickly.

Loved Wendy’s until they added touch screen menus talk about a COVID spreader put humans back up there nobody wants your robots

I went to the counter inside Wendy's and was waited on within a few minutes. My food was taken and was ready within 5 minutes. I would recommend trying to order inside if the drive through is backed up. As most restaurants are experiencing, the number of employees looked sparse. But my experience was positive and I recommend this Wendy's.

It was late and we were hungry... so... it was fine... 4 for 4 is what I ordered ... cheese was not melted on the burger and the fries and nuggets could have been hotter but like I said... it was late

The staff shortages effect everyone for sure. We waited in a super long line at the drive thru and then unfortunately they missed putting two items in our order. I went inside and got very easily. The staff was swamped and very polite. They were writing hard and doing the best they could but very short handed. Inside the only way to order is at a kiosk, which doesn’t bother me personally but just backs up the lack of employees.
