Good restaurant overall, but we leftToday because the ordering process is now a little complicated. I dislike self serve kiosks, they take a lot longer to order, and you don’t save any money by ordering through a kiosk. I understand employment challenges, but it’s frustrating seeing jobs downsized by companies. We will probably be back at some point, but we went to a restaurant where there’s a living breathing human being to take the order. In fairness, Wendy did have one, but she was pretty busy and the line was a little bit extended. they went through a remodel in the last year or two and should’ve added spots where people can take orders instead of self-serve kiosks.
Service was so slow..they were more concerned about online orders and the drive thru. Customers standing at the counter didn't matter.
Got my great single Burger with cheese...but FYI ...they have it on special for just $1.00 the whole month of March if you have their app
I went to the drive thru and and i was on line 20 min before i could pull up to the order box. Food was fine but wait was too long
Every time we visit this particular location something is either cold, incorrect or forgotten and we wait in line for nearly 20 mins every time, we just stopped going to this location. They refused to provide a receipt and huffed when we asked for sauce at the window
Was able to order and eat inside...food was hot...seems its going to be hard for Burger King, Hardee, and McDonalds to keep up with that...I'll also add ...it was clean inside
My whole families favorite place to eat. Always hot and fresh and tastes amazing.
Food was hot but the cashier made several mistakes with other customers orders while I waited, then blamed the customers for the mistake when they were actually correct....... Not good business.
They have good food but the service isn't the best!
I love the Wendy's on w. main in Lebanon TN. I think management is pretty good because all their employees are friendly and seems happy to get your order correct. The lines are long in drive thru but you don't mind because it moves fast. The food is always fresh and good. I really hope it stays this way. It's the only fast food burger place I visit. And they all wear mask ? ?
