I go to waffle house for consistency and I understand its not fine dining. That said, since they remodeled the Lebanon location it has truely been extra sub par. Ben has been my server twice and both times has gotten multiple things wrong with my our order. The service is become slower and food prepared wrong... Over medium eggs should not be almost raw. We dont ask for odd or items not listed on the menu. Poor Ben is still not too sure about how to take orders. We watched as he tried to remember the special codes and his befuddled expression when i was explaining that i wanted my hashbrowns "all the way". I will find a new place for breafast from now on...
Worse experience here ever. Ordered our drinks at 6:20am 20 minutes after our drinks came waitress hid forever and had to physically ask someone to take our order. She finally did. 5 tables walked In and they ALL got their drinks and food before US that we were there for OVER and hour to begin with. Once the waitress saw me ask for a manager she rushed all the food out to my table that was already sitting there for over 15 minutes while we watched her gossip with her coworker the whole time. Then when the manager came he was so Sarcastic and didn't really care, shrugged his shoulders and said "well yeah you can take it if you want idk doesn't matter" "yeah I get ya we took long I know" just shaking his head like saying yeah and what? So we left and he just said oh well. This place has terrible employees that ignore you when you speak to them and terrible Management, explains why the employees act so unprofessional. Definitely don't recommend this location.
We always end up going anytime Thursday-Sunday nights and Emily is a waitress who is always there. She's amazing. As are the cooks. And they keep the restaurant clean and the food is always prepared well and correctly. It is super busy sometimes and they are understaffed (as are most places) but they make it worth it with their hospitality, cleanliness, and cooking.
Horrible experience here. A delivery person came into the front and said that he had something at the back door. He walked out of the restaurant me and my wife were eating. Then all of the sudden something I never seen happened that same delivery guy came in the front of the restaurant with his delivery they told him that they could not open the back door and return having to come past our table making us have to get up kind of running our meal the manager told him he needs to come into the front and he told the manager he had came into the front which he did I seen it. The manager made a big deal anyway it ruined our meal I don't know what problem he had with his delivery guy but he does not need to bring that to work if he has something personal I guess the guy he needs to handle that on his own time I will never eat it this waffle House again
Possibly the WORST service I've ever received!! I have dealt with the cook before and he was extremely nice and my order was perfect. There was an older lady as the waitress. She was extremely rude. I drove from the other side of Lebanon to get food. I went in and ordered to go. The lady could not even get the order right on the paper. I paid $60 for this food!! The eggs weren't done and my waffles were close to being burnt. My bacon was literally BURNT all over. I told the waitress I wanted crispy bacon but lord knows what she wrote down. I am not blaming the guy who cooked the food because I have no clue how the woman wrote my order down. Then, she said "This order is literally backing me up so much!" There was only 2 customers in there. She just simply didn't want to do her job. No tip for her. She was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I have never dealt with someone so rude and not wanting to do their job! Management seriously needs to be involved! I tried to call and talk to them about it but no one would answer the phone after calling multiple times. I just don't really have the time to drive all the way back over there. I WISH I could speak to a manager! I definitely will NOT be back here. EVER!
Our waitress was very sweet, helped with the new menu and gave us great service! Food was well priced, hot and cooked the way we requested and came out in a timely manner.This Waffle House has been one of our favorites for a long time but something's changed recently and it's even better!! It felt cleaner, more relaxed and brighter.
Food was excellent, service was also excellent. One of the best omelets I've ever had. Light, fluffy mouth watering flavor. Ham & cheese omelet with superb hash browns w/ onion and cheese. Perfection on both. If I'd had time I would've ordered it again right then and there.
other than a little tiny and in need of a little more cleaning which they were busy so I'm ignoring that aspect the food was really good truthfully I didn't expect it not gonna lie and the waitress was really nice. my age this would be called and this is a nice thing not bad " a dirty spoon" place meaning not the prettiest but the food was really good. open that book before judging
Great service from Adrien, great food. Clean restaurant! Only complaint was with temperature inside restaurant it was cold outside and the AC was running
Friendly, busy, inexpensive. The bacon, egg and cheese bowl is my all-time favorite breakfast. There's plentiful grits in the bottom of that bowl.
