Second time trying to eat here during our stay, first time was super busy and didn’t have anywhere available to sit and by the time they did, they didn’t have any high chairs available. Totally understandable. Tried again today, not busy at all. Had 4 open tables all piled with dishes from previous customers. We sat and waited for them to clean one for us to sit, they never did. We waited for 20 minutes and people just began skipping in line to sit at the dirty tables. Which still weren’t being cleaned regardless. They never acknowledged any of the customers walking in, never mentioned that they seen the dirty tables and to give them a few minutes, nothing. There was probably 5 employees there and 3 tables that they were serving and still not one employee could clean the tables for anyone to sit. We left and so did some other people.
Order breakfast for my dad here today...(Father's Day 2022)Was the worst meal I have ever had from a Waffle House! Waffle House is my go to restaurant all over the south!Dad had Waffle and porkchop. The pork chop was so bad he could not eat it. Dry...tough..flavorless! The Waffle was half the size of normal! All he got to eat was half a Waffle for fathers day!I had an omelet that was a little larger than 1 egg! Was tiny...was not enough for a kids order! I was so disappointed!Shame on you guys! Whoever made this order knew that this was not the up to Waffle house standards!Next time I will cook breakfast!(Picture before trash can!)
ATTENTION OWNERSWhen I walked in, the only person that spoke was Angel. The store manager Allen has an attitude on his face. He does not greet the customers. He signed up for this job he should at least have a smile on his face . Every time I come in the place is packed. So that means we love to support the business.I live in Watertown,Tn it might not be that far but Sparta Pike is a long road. The girl is the grill with the black hair is doin a great job .
I’m not sure why this spot had bad reviews, just had dinner here, family of 5, only two waiters but they were on top of everything, never leaving customers waiting, greeted as soon as we walked in, food came out quick, and was delicious. Our waiter, didn’t get his name, checked on us a few times even though he was really busy with other tables. He was really nice.

Lebanon, TN - Your typical hole in the wall Waffle House. Everything is Take Out Orders Only. If you travel about 20 miles further going towards Franklin or Mt. Juliet there are a few Waffle Houses that are dine in if you prefer.
Good food. Nice people. Just needs more employees.
Today my husband and I decided to go to Waffle House because their food is always good. Waking up we felt normal, just another day. When we arrived that feeling changed. Our server was Adrienne(sure hope I spelled that correctly), she made our day better than money can buy. Extremely good mood, hard worker and honestly she reminded me of my mom who passed years ago. Made me feel a sense of peace and happiness I haven't felt in a long time. All my cares were at ease. Some people you can tell are genuinely amazing people. She is one of those rare gems. She deserves far more than the tip I left. By far the most amazing experience at any restaurant in all my 31 years. Thank you ma'am for the bit of peace today I highly recommend and if you can get Mrs. Adrienne, I hope your life is impacted the same. ?
My family loves the Waffle House. This particular location doesn't fit the bill. Bathrooms, floor, actually the whole facility was the nastiest place I have ever been. Health department needs to come close it down. Regretting having stayed and eaten there.
This was the worst experience I ever had at a waffle house the food was good but the service sucked. The waiter took my drink and never brought me another even after I asked. And it took 15 min to even get a menu to look at and there was 4 customers in the entire store. Me and my friend where two of them
