I'm from Wilson County, and TFM have an extremely good name in the community. I'm reading the reviews and the only bad ones I want to address. 1st- "chicken was bloody and dry" impossible to be both. Now perhaps you bit into it and seen the red meat near the bone. That's the marrow that has been released.No way to get rid if it completely. Unless you over cook it and it be dry.2-one said,"smoked brisket and chicken came out cold. Thought it would be fresh since the smoker was going."when smoking a brisket it smokes for 6-10 hrs. Then you wrap it in butcher paper or foil and it rests for a minimum of 8 hrs. You will never get a a good brisket fresh off the smoker.
We got married on March 19 and were SO glad we chose Two Fat Men for our catering! Karen was by my side the past year during the planning process from our tasting to giving us a big hug and yummy goody basket for the hotel after the wedding! Our guests loved the food – especially the cornbread crusted chicken.You really can’t beat the experience we had ¬– amazing customer service and the most delicious food! If you’re thinking about booking Two Fat Men for your wedding or event, do it!
We used Two Fat Men Catering for our May 2021 wedding in Nashville. We were referred to them from our reception venue as one of their exclusive catering vendors. The Events Manager, Karen, was awesome to work with. Our initial tasting was great and she was super responsive in our communications. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID, so Karen was very accommodating to our consequent changes. TFM made sure we were taken care of throughout the reception and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was weeks later!
Found a new favorite in Lebanon! Tried the brisket, Mac and cheese, vanilla ice cream and banana pudding ice cream and we loved every bit! Definelty worth trying!
Two Fat Men catered our perfect wedding day!!!! They went above & beyond to ensure that our guests were served safely & timely. All of the food was delicious & the servers, bartenders, and staff helped make the night run so smoothly. We ended the night with the best ice cream truck!!! Karen was the best to work with & I wish we could do it all again because it was all so perfect!!

The customer service is good, but food is horrible. I bought a whole chicken and a steak that my family and I couldn't wait to eat. As soon as I bit into the chicken I got mad. There was blood in it, it was dry, and it had no seasoning. My family didn't eat the food, therefore I threw it away. I spent $30 on a meal that was inedible. Not worth the money.
Got 2lbs of brisket and 2 chickens and they come out with it and its cold not fresh at all. They never said it was cold. You would think that since the smoker is going it would be fresh.
We love supporting local business and we have enjoyed an event catered by two fat men catering.. Awesome food!.. not so much the two fat men ice cream truck, we saw it at Lester’s farm stand and turned around and went back specifically to try their ice cream. The girl in the truck was super nice. We ordered a double scoop of cookies and cream in a cup, it is small for the price of $7... Considering the ice cream itself had the consistency and taste of a snowball and actually fell apart in clumps. I seriously feel scammed. Half ice/half dairy with some cookies in it. Its sad to say but I have never experienced worse ice cream in my life.
