I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce and cheese the beans were barely warm and I got extra red sauce but no extra cheese but I paid for both, didnt take it back because i hopped on interstate
I appreciate that even when the drive through line is long here, it always moves. It's great. The food is always good, and I typically get everything I ordered.
Absolute waste of time trying to do anything with this establishment, the manager who worked on the night of March 24th 2022 needs to be fired and has no place being out of their mother's basement, let alone in a business trying to run things. After simply stating that the online app wasn't working they wanted to throw in my face multiple times that they have no control over the app whenever I'm just trying to inform them that their store isn't linking with the app, a manager that knew what they're doing would know that they're supposed to take note of that at least and say something about instead of being smart like I don't know what I'm talking about. Just another waste of time in this town, like the people that work there.A word for the manager, before you try disrespecting somebody, maybe you should check your shirt and the tag on the front of it that says "Taco Bell", and remember your place my world ☺️
This is the one minimum wage establishment where everyone actually makes what they deserve! I feel like we just drove off from a lemonade stand on the side of the road ran by 12-year-olds, a far cry from the Taco Bell experience I was expecting that's for sure. Why does everyone there decide to have attitude whenever you state a problem with ordering or with the lady taking orders who's giving attitude for no reason? If your IQ is lower than your age you probably shouldn't have a job, and I have nothing against disabled people but I feel like having special needs person(s) taking orders is probably just asking for trouble.
I usually order thru the tall bell app to this taco bell. So far it has been an amazingly fast friendly and no problems with my food. They are the best TACO BELL in Lebanon in My personal experiences.
Order was correct, food was good.But half of the time (including this order), they say they have not received my mobile order and I have to cancel it and place my order at the drive thru anyway!

My son was pleased enough to go back and eat there twice. He liked that it was the same as what he got in Michigan.
Every Sunday for the last 3 months I go get a chicken quesadilla for breakfast, today for some reason they said they won’t make it. Very disappointed.
