Girl at cash register was awesome and food was hot fresh etc. Only thing was i waited 20 mins for my order. But it was at lunch time.
I think these retards try to find the dumbest people they can to work in their store. Every single time I’ve ordered anything it’s been completely wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. GET YOUR S TOGETHER AND GET NEW STAFF. You think already being one of the lowest paid civilians would make you want to work your way out of poverty and do something good with your existence but if you can’t even make a Crunchwrap without sour cream I guess you’re not even worthy of Taco Bell.
It’s definitely not the best Taco Bell location by any means. I come here often because it’s convenient for me but I’m not sure I’ll be coming back after today. In the past it’s been very hit or miss. The employees are friendly and some days the food is better than others but I’ve had them forget to include my hard shell tacos on like 3 different occasions, been served old-tasting, barely warm food , and some stuff is just made poorly with bad proportions. However my experience today put the nail in the coffin. My tortilla chips had an absolutely terrible, chemical-like taste to them and did not taste like something that should be eaten. The rest of my food tasted okay but soon after finishing my food I began to feel absolutely terrible for like an hour and a half. I experienced severe abdominal pain, a bad headache, sudden fatigue, and just an overall feeling of being unwell. I’m certain that it was the food that caused this because my boyfriend ordered the same exact thing and had the exact same experience. It was rather painful and worrisome so I don’t think I will put myself in the position to have that happen again.
This was the first time I have eaten Taco Bells breakfast burritos. They were cooked the way I cook mine, so I absolutely loved them... eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage and potatoes, with the shell toasted after loading. Delicious. Store hours are 7-11.
I could have put no star if possible. Firstly, I ordered veggie burrito for my wife but they gave me beef burrito but My wife is strictly vegetarian. Luckily we checked that before eating. Secondly, i ordered chicken burrito but they just put chicken and gave it to me. I am attaching photo. Worst taco bell I have ever seen.
I live 3 minutes from this location… I rather go all the way out to Mount Juliet.. always cold, soggy and wrong.. every…single…time… ? $32 of dinner for my family and it all went into the trash. Save the trip and just go to Wendy’s.
Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered online ahead of time, and it was all terrible. They didn't have some of the food we ordered, and the replacement they offered was garbage. They didn't follow any of the instructions on the order... Chips were soggy, half of our quesadillas were stuck to the paper wrapping, a couple of quesadilla slices didn't have any cheese on them. Really poor quality and attention to detail. You're better off going somewhere else or driving to a different location.
A decent Taco bell. Combos are great when there is a good deal on them. The side entrance we used to drive up had a little bit of a bump to it so take you time driving up to it.
I have never smelled a restaurant this clean. Walking in the door it was refreshing. The food was spot on and the nacho cheese came out steaming it was so hot. Plenty of seating, well lit lobby and the food came out very quickly. Way to go.
Probably the cleanest and most professional taco bell I have ever been to. The staff was amazing, especially Heather. We were warmly welcomed when we came in and had amazing food and service! The food was out super fast and tasted amazing!
