Worst subway ever , rude , disrespectful not open 24 hours .
This subway was so terrible and the cucumbers were nasty and old and the guacamole was old and nasty and the worst service every never going there again
The Subway inside the Lebanon TN Pilot truck stop has the worst customer service. It's not that they are rude or the food is bad. They show that they are open during the 3rd shift hours, but there is rarely anyone at the counter when I get there. I got there at 1:50am this morning. I waited 5 minutes before I went to the Pilots manager to see if the Subway was open. She told me the Subway person would be back in 3 minutes. So, I went back to the Subway counter and waited for another 10 minutes. No one came, so I left. They have done this several times to my co-workers and myself. We have very few choices this late, but this Subway has seen the last of me. I will never go back.(Update)- It is January 5 2022 and they have not improved one bit. I walk in at 1:20am and there is a young lady behind the counter so I walk up only to be told that they were closed. Your website say you're open 24hrs a day. I didn't argue. I just walked away. Gave you a second chance and you blew it.
They wouldn’t slice the grilled chicken patty for my salad because it’s against their policy. Apparently it’s “unsanitary”. I’ve ordered this same thing at numerous other Subway locations and watched them cut the chicken without even asking. How is it “unsanitary”? Surely you cut through some meat whenever you cut the sandwiches in half. I think it was a poor excuse to avoid getting a knife dirty since they had all just been washed.
States it’s “24 hours” but worker was sitting there doing nothing and told me they was closed cause no one could work the register. I’ve been to many 24 hour subways and the person making the sub will check me out after making the sub. She was just rude!
Needs more employees during the day. The employee who served me was rushed and overwhelmed by customers leading him to mess up sandwiches. Very bad management here they NEED more employees

I am completely addicted to eating at Subway! I have always liked to go there even a when I was younger and my love for their food hasn't changed at all...I have actually found more foods I like and the variety of options is what makes it so easy to find something that pretty much anyone could enjoy! Excellent food and customer servicea!
I love their new melts. And you can't bet that they are open 24 hours. And the night shift girl is amazing. She even cut up my tomatoes, and cucumbers for my salad. No one has ever took the time to do that for me.
