Have always loved the food, but really hate that they got rid of the corn muffins. The new bread thingys have jalapenos in them and not everyone can eat peppers. ???
We placed a catering order for a work lunch. I was told the information on the website was wrong and I couldn’t order a particular item because first they said they needed a 48 hour notice, then said they needed a 72 hour notice because they wouldn’t have it in until Thursday (this was Monday I talked to them for an order for Tuesday) but the website said 24 hour notice which is what I was giving them for my order.When I arrived I asked for extra sauce to which I was told I already had 2 sauces, one in which was extra even though I ordered 2 of the option 2 under catering so I should’ve already had 2 anyway…so no extra sauce. Then I asked for extra pickles to which I was told “we don’t give pickles with catering orders and it would be cheaper for you to get them at the store because he was going to charge $5 for half a pound of pickles”. I went to the store to get the pickles. He seemed very irritated with my requests. Needless to say we will not be back.
Ordered some ribs very disappointed they were dry. So far Texas is the best place to get ribs.
Got to try this place finally and so glad I did. I have been there twice since last week. Tried the BBQ nachos and regular pulled pork. Both were amazing. It's my go to BBQ place now.
Not a fancy joint but that's not why you're there. Had smoked bacon for the first time and it was unbelievable! If u like bbq, you will love Stroud's!
Took a bit of a detour to avoid the chains and tried this place. Although they had a very tasty BBQ burrito, the selections seem very small compared to other BBQ restaurants nearby. Pulled pork plate was pretty scarce for price win very little flavor. Crockpot pork? If you're in the area, sure stop by, but don't go out of your way.
I'm new to the area from the Pacific Northwest and decided to give this place a shot based on the higher rated reviews. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, and nachos. Both items were flavorless, I honestly didn't even finish the sandwich and my daughter wouldn't eat more than 2 chips. The bland food paired with the bare minimum service from the young fellas has made me a first and last time customer.
Me and my wife went here ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks $20 I was like if its good no biggie it came out I would have rather ate kennel ration worst bbq in lebanon
First time trying it. Had the chicken plate.Tender and moist pulled chicken. Sauce needs work but was good. Mac n Cheese was soupy but flavorful. Sweet tea is the real deal.
As for barbecue in Lebanon it's in my top 5 BBQ places. Great sweet tea as well.
