Awesome morning crew was running late for appt at dr and ran into traffic on the way to pick up our drinks before the dr and our drinks was cold they remade them without even asking and I made it to my appt on time
Explain to me why I got a full large coffee. ASKED for light ice because I know about half that is just filled with ice. They still have me the normal amount of ice as always even though I ask for light. I took out about half the ice and my coffee was half empty. So I basically spent $7.80 for ice. They always do that to! For now on I’m gonna be that Karen that walks in asking them to remove half the ice and for them to remake it or fill it up! This is ridiculous

I had to edit this ... These guys and gals went above and beyond their job tonight in the drive thru!!! They absolutely knock our drinks out of the park they were super polite and just all around my favorite store !! Thank y'all again . These guys need a potluck from management with ribs ❣️❣️❣️❣️???
The staff is always super nice and very busy! They are always out of flavors and more times then not get the order wrong. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thur you shouldn’t ask the customer to wait in another long line for you to fix it their order!
Always a great experience and great beverage... I really like the Teas that they offer. And it seems that someone in front of me pays for my order .. and then I pay it forward also (Or would it be pay it backward) ?? funny haha
A little bit of a line, but they worked pretty quick to get to everyone. Wasn't that long of a wait. With a long drive thru line too!Never a let down.
Is this Starbucks was pretty nice other than being out of half of the flavor add-ons I wanted. The line was also wrapped around the building and I was in the line for about 18 minutes which was a little unexpected for a place that should be able to get food out relatively quickly. Otherwise the food and my drink were pretty good, I've learned that nothing from Starbucks is filling enough to be considered as an actual meal.
3rd time in two weeks my order has been wrong. While I appreciate the challenges that are faced in a busy Starbucks, this is getting to be the rule and not the exception. Food was hard as a rock when I tried to eat it as I was waiting for my drink for app. 20 minutes. Ended up leaving without the drink I paid for and do not intend to return. Sad and disappointed.
came the other day when their holiday drinks started. They had like 100 online orders and the lobby was full. They had customers telling them what to do and being rude, but they all stayed professional. The employees were stressed and most likely underpaid but they still had amazing attitude. I waited 45 minutes for my drinks but I knew that they were trying their hardest, it was obvious that they all had a great work ethic. Love y’all keep it up.
