Ive been there 3 times in a row forst time it was 30 minutes for them to wven take my order second time they messed my order up not that big of a deal yes but 3rd time waited 20min for my food just for it to be completely wrong waited for it again got it mostly right but left out a hotdog and had to wait again this time 30 min and still messed it up. McDonald’s has better dependability than this place
Employees not wear their pajamas to work and act like they want to wait on you and not that you are a bother. Answer call button. Got a chili cheese coney it wasn't cooked pushed call button noone ever answered. Bad customer service bad food.
Pushed the red button and literally waited 10 minutes until I heard someone's voice. Places my order and the tots were cold and overcooked. Pressed the button again, 8 minutes later. I hear someone's voice. Ask for new tots. 15 minutes pass, nothing. Press the button again, 10 minutes pass and I just gave up and drove away. Horrible service.
Spent 25 mins waiting for drinks ordered on app. The contact person was extremely rude when we politely asked how much longer it would be. Then spent another 10 mins waiting. 35 mins for 4 drinks seems unreasonable to me
I mean the service is always been good. Aside from the drinks the food's not my favorite place to eat. I'm in the food is good don't get me wrong however their other burger joints I'd rather eat at now I do like their chili dog.
Sat for over 30 minutes waiting on our food, only to find out that they gave it to someone else. Would not recommend going here.
We arrived 10 minutes before closing and the woman who took our order and served us was amazing she was very professional and polite we expected to have a hard time being so close to closing but we had a great experience!
Very convenient, food is good, just wish all the terminals worked so I wasn't pulling in and out of them like I'm crazy
There food is good but that’s all you can say about it. Watch your order closely you’ll find mistakes every time, they like to give shakes rather than blasts, it’s a toss up will your burger have everything on it you ordered.
