The carhop was rude, they got our order wrong and gave me attitude when I asked them to correct it. They didn't send straws. They forgot to bring me the corrected order, when I tried to ask about it they said they were closed, it was a cheeses and three straws and four waters that was missing and then still forgot to bring me the fork for my six year old tots and when I asked for a fork she acted like I had just said something rude to her. Then closed and hour early. Worst sonic ever!!!!!!!! I'll never come back to this one!!!!!!Management needs to clean this store up. And have a talk about customer service!!!!!!!!!
just did a mobile order and while waiting 2 teenafe boys throwing a tennis ball and hit my car no apology. then you have 3 other young men with a dog on patio table. I don't know who owns this sonic but your manager wouldn't answer the phone so I could notify them of what happened. I used to work at sonic pn 231S and this is not acceptable...
“We don’t do bags of ice here.” You are a corporate franchise with a ice machine in your building. Order the bags to put the ice in like every other sonic I’ve been to. I order a banana split and they bring me a cup of vanilla ice cream smothered in chocolate syrup with a half banana shoved into it. “We’re out of the bowls.” Then say that when I order instead of having me pay for something that is not what I ordered. Mozzarella sticks are clearly old not fresh and room temp not even warm. Sad
After we pick up my daughter from cumberland college we just about to pull up my daughter order just a drink from her app and it took about 15 minutes just for one thing so me and my family will never go through because god who knows when we would had got our order

I ordered online and everything was ready when I arrived. It was brought out promptly and, unlike some online orders I've made, was accurate.The only suggestion I would have is they include a place for tips. Luckily I had some cash for the tip.

We ordered honey bbq chicken and this is what it was. There is hardly any honey bbq on this at all and there is supposed to be a lot more
We drove right into a parking place and gave our order immediately. We only had about a 10 minute wait for our food and everything was fresh, hot, and tasty.
They made a hot dog with ketchup for our daughter perfectly. She was so happy because the other place we went to eat at, CookOut, didn't give us a hot dog like we ordered. Thank you, Sonic for making a bad day better for our little girl. Love their food way better too.
