Always love eating here, they have a nice clean restaurant with great seating. Friendly staff and a kitchen crew that actually cares about the food they are serving. Large bar area where you can just walk right in and get service. Also the parking lot is easy to get into and out of which is rare for a place in such a busy part of Lebanon. The pasta is the best dish here, creamy chicken and broccoli with perfect portions!
We stopped in for happy hour as we were told 2-7 p.m. When we got their that was not true. The staff all looked like they hated being their. Nobody in the place and service was terrible it seemed everyone was in the back hanging out. Probably talking about how they hated there job. I was able to finally order a beer which was warm. I warn you all to stay away.
Service was great! Food was not.6 oz sirloin that was mostly fat with no sear. It looked boiled although I'm sure it wasn't. Just not a sizzling grill or pan was used.Salad bar, cilantro vinaigrette container was there with a creamy sauce maybe Caesar in it? Missing croutons because they weren't cooked yet 11:20, opens at 11.Broccoli tasted old, slightly moldy taste.$56 plus an $8 tip.I haven't been there in awhile. I've always loved it there. I don't know if today was a fluke or the new standard.
I have worked across the street from this restaurant for 15 years. This restaurant is consistently bad. A couple of times a year, I forget and the convenience drives me to give it another shot. Did that today and I had to go find someone to seat us, never got waited on. Got a salad with bad looking lettuce. Walked all over the restaurant looking for silverware and employees just avoided eye contact so we went to Jersey Mikes behind there and got excellent service and fresh food. Avoid this place. Disappointment is guaranteed.
place has really gone downhill. bathrooms are horribly nasty. service is extremely slow

This is one of the last good options for salad bar lovers!!!! And they are far and between now . This location was struggling to keep the place clean and to keep their team of employees interested in working....they were closing off sections early afternoon wanting to go home.Luckily the bar had my favorite pasta salad.
The food is great, but the service has severely declined. They’re over staffed but it’s not like you can tell. The temperature in there is set to 77 and it’s 73 degrees in there — so we had to leave. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and that kind of heat to eat in is so uncomfortable that I was feeling sick. We waited for almost 20 minutes and there was no sign of a waiter or waitress in sight. The hostess kept seating more and more people and after never being seen by anyone, kept leaving before we even saw anyone.When we finally got our waitress back ( she’s sweet as can be ), none of the other tables were bussed by the other wait staff there and one went to the side with the hostess and sat down to vape inside the restaurant despite all the people that were never served and the mess laying around.My mom and I used to come here all the time and we used to have a good time here so my husband and I wanted one last date night before he had to head back for military training after a small vacation…. Big mistake picking Ruby Tuesdays, unfortunately. :(
Okay just so you know the menu has changed! I drove an extra 5 miles just for the shrimp dip. It is no longer available. I could have and would have stopped at Logan's or Chili's and got a steak just what I ordered here and it would have been just as good. The service was good but I now have no reason to eat here. There are too many places that offer the same food that is a lot closer to me.
My server was excellent. She was extremely attentive. The burger I had was Overly salted and completely underwhelming.The endless garden bar was completely disgusting. The salad items were either nearly empty or contaminated with different salad fixings and the salad dressings were similarly contaminated. Your establishment should be ashamed to have allowed anyone to see it or attempt to make a salad from it in such poor condition. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.
