I wanted to try this place since it opened. However I had to run a ross the street and grab some things. We drove through the parking lot to check and make sure they weren't closing anytime soon. The sign said 10pm. So we finished shopping, and placed our online order by 9:15pm. We waited a few and pulled in at 9:29. And waited, and waited. Finally a young lady came out the door to let us know they were closed. I asked her, how do I get my money back ftrom an online order. She went back inside, and then came out with a receipt and said her general manager said we had to wait til the next day and call corporate for a refund. As we pulled over to see what I have to do for my refund, every worker in the store left. All of this happened before 10pm. The correct closing time. It took 2 days, but I did get my money back. I've heard from others that this particular location is not very good. Sad since it just opened. I will try Popeyes again, not here though..

The folks working there were fine. The dining room @ 2:30 really needed to be cleaned and the food was not fresh. Heck, our biscuits were more hockey puck than food it seemed?Too many chicken places around to spend my money here and walk away with my stomach feeling queasy.I’ve added to this review because we were kinda excited to come down for lunch and when we got back home we were just disappointed.

The first couple times my honey and I went it was GREAT the last five are six times the service and the food has been HORRIBLE……. I understand waiting in line inside are outside 5 minutes but not an hour just to have your order taken then another hour to get it and it’s either not right are the chicken is cold and hard the only thing that’s been good was the biscuit red beans and rice and the mashed potatoes I’m very unhappy

Service is friendly but slow. The food was very fresh and very good though. However, the dining room was filthy. Tables were dirty and the floor was very dirty. The drink station was a mess. We were in there fairly early before the lunch rush so I really believe the dining room had not been cleaned from the day before. I understand that they may be short staffed but there is no excuse for that dining room being so dirty.

This is the 3rd time we have tried to get food at this location only to be told they're closed at minimum an hour to an hour and a half early....no warning, signage, nothing. You pull up to the window and someone says oh sorry we're closed...wow....this is a good way to lose your customers.... constantly being inconsistent. Not to mention the new team members you have are either hard of hearing or just do what they want.....I order mashed potatoes and get soggy old french fries...my money, my order, give me what I order....if you weren't clear...ask me to repeat it..I'm totally fine with that.

We were so happy to get a Popeyes in Lebanon. Made a point of going there to support it. 3 months later went there and the new light gray tile floor was pitch black, filthy. We ended up walking out. Called corporate ans complained that this was a new store and there is no excuse for that kind of filth except they were not cleaning. Went back 3 months later and it look like they cleaned the floor as best they could. Went back 3 months after that and it is filthy again. Went when they opened so it should've been cleaned fully at closing the night before for the next day. Nope. Floors were light black instead of light gray clean tiles, garbage bins were full and place to put trays were dirty. So sad, we really want a Popeyes here but I will not ever go back unless they are under new management and can pass a health inspection 100%. Where is the owner? Why don't they care about this restaurant. Such a dang shame. Go to chick Fila, it is clean and service is phenomenal.

This is not the first time I have ordered from the Lebanon drive thru. Today I spent over 40 bucks in food only to get home and not get what I ordered. First order asked for spicy and I get mild, asked for red beans and rice and got fries, asked for sweet tea and got unsweet. second order ask for red beans and rice and got fries, ask for a lemonade and it had black hair in it. Asked for a large fry and got a basket. OMG how consistently can you get a order completely wrong. Last time I will be going there. The only reason I gave it a one star is because the lady was nice at the window.

i placed a mobile order and only received half of my order. i came back after waiting another 15 mins in the drive thru and they said they would just replace my whole order i said that’s not necessary i only need what i didn’t receive she then said it’s ok we will do it then comes back and says her manager said no and that i need to speak to her and she tells me they won’t replace the order and i said that’s ok just give me what i didn’t receive and throws away the rest of my meal. manager was rude for no reason i will not be coming back again.

Could not get my order right and had to drive back across town in the rain. And after looking at the chicken they did give me I was happy to get a refund. 10 dollars for 3 pieces of bone… AKA Chicken. Never will I go there again.

Walked in and stood there waiting to order...and no one acknowledges me.. no hang on a second, or we'll be there soon. Just a cold stare and then nothing. I saw a customers full food container fall onto the floor and this worker just picked it up and shoved it back onto the serving tray then called up the customer and handed it over. Another worker was swinging the tongs around and dropped them..Finally they took our order and we waited a long time for service. Everyone in there laughing and not working. Manager stays in her office.. no leadership. Food is good but the service absolutely sucks. Whoever owns this location needs to fire everyone and get a fresh start. Do yourself a favor go across the way to Chick-fil-A
