I will never call them again I placed a $60 order i had to call and ask where my food was and they delivered to the wrong address I asked for a refund and then they informed me it will be 5 day before I get a refund so I asked could they just redo my order and they said no I shouldn’t have asked for a refund now no money no food
I just ordered a pizza and I went home to eat it. I opened it up and found a hair in the pizza. I called the manager to let her know about what I found and she asked me to bring the pizza and the hair because everyone in the location had their hair up. I guess hair can not be found in pizza when hair is up? And she basically accused me of lieing about what I said very poor customer service/ will never be going back to this location.
Requested light sauce, received pizza and the sauce was so heavy, I couldn't eat my food. Called to talk with the manager, Violet. Violet hung up the phone on me first, I called back. Violet was very rude.
After placing an order 1hr and 45min later I had to call the store to remind them to deliver my food... ridiculous to have to pay delivery and tip to get a cold pizza 1hr after it was meant to be delivered.... and I had to call for it!!! Waste of money I would have cooked and eaten by now for less cheaper.... dont waste your money... cook at home or order Domino's ???????????
The One star is one too many. USPS could get it to you faster.
Ordered a pizza at 4:44pm, told to expect the pizza in about 37 minutes. Pizza finally delivered at 6:45pm. COLD! Missing the crust flavor I requested. Won't be ordering again.
My son ordered pizza through Door Dash, it took over 2 hours to get the pizza. The pizza was cold and we are only a few miles away. It was also not edible. The cheese didn't look right and it was runny almost milky, needless to say we threw it away after waiting over 2 hours.
Ordered twice in the last couple weeks. Both times they forgot all extra sauces that I paid for. Pizza was poorly made and was room temp when it showed up an hour after I ordered. I finally called to complain and they said they would bring my extra sauces with my cheese sticks I ordered. Another hour later the cheese sticks showed up, once again not hot. With no sauces. Not ordering from them again.
Pizza, wings, cheese sticks, and papadia were all delicious. Cashier was friendly.
pizza is mediocre, but dakota is the best delivery driver they have. He always has a great attitude and he’s extremely funny! He makes up for the pizza being so-so. If there was an option to choose your delivery driver i would always choose dakota.
