Nice location, spacious. Kiosk was missing milk. All kind. Hot water wasn’t hot so I could not make a tea or any hot drink that I have subscribed.
The grill cheese is awful. It's not grilled. There is no butter on the bread. My 10 year old would not eat it. It's very dry with no flavor.P.L.
I visit this location on a daily basis and the staff is so loving and nice. I love them for being so kind. The whole staff I think knows me. I can’t wait til gas goes down a little more so I can put tips in the jar again with me taking treatments the love I get there definitely makes me feel better most days.
I do doordash. I've never smelled a restaurant that stinks so horribly dad. I gag every time I walked through the front door. I don't understand how people can sit in there and eat with it stinking so bad. Other than that the staff is so very nice.
Haven't gotten a single order right yet, always leave things out. What is so difficult in going down a checklist that's clearly printed and attached to the side of the bag, and putting the specific item in?I see reading thru the comments after posting my comment that poor and incomplete service is an epidemic at this store. Poor management combined with millenials is a recipe for poor quality.

Suffering from staff churn, the order was slightly confused. Coffee was plentiful and good.
Had the bagels I wanted and bread! Nice to quickly stop and get what I needed.
After having to go thru the drive thru twice to get everything we ordered. We got home to our Mac and cheese sandwich being short changed on filling. My sandwich is burned, overtly cooked meat, no cheese, and the tiniest amount of relish. Of course our soups cold. For such an expensive meal that we had no modifications to the meals it was very disappointing.
The menu has changed. One of the few things I ordered was the broccoli cheddar soup. It's no longer offered.I was in the parking lot about to place an order for pick up but it said the order for one sandwich would take 40 minutes. I went in to order it and got it in about 10 minutes.Panera is moving It's way down on my list.
