How in the world does a Chinese restaurant run out of steamed rice? The management should all be replaced. This location (Lebanon, TN) is constantly out of different food items. One week it will be Teriyaki chicken. The next week it may be Orange chicken. This week (5-31-22) it was steamed rice. Oh, and the food that they did have cost $22.00. Looks like it's time to spend my money somewhere else.
This’s the third time I have Oder food from this Panda Express in Lebanon Tennessee location.. and they don’t put enough food in your plate at all. Their always stingy when saving you food. I ask for teriyaki sauce but never been added to my food. I ask for charming and this’s what they put in my plate and I don’t appreciate it. The management need to do better. Thanks
So I got there at 9:05pm. Said they were out of everything except 2 entrees. There's like 7 options. Was craving Chinese so said give me whatever u got. When I got to the window the cashier said they don't cook anymore due to waste and they sell what they have. So..... It's a fast food place. Ur open til 930. That means the whole *kn menu is open til ur close. Also it was a Friday night. Give me a break panda express ?
It was okay, definitely not the best one I've eaten at. Some sauces weren't available, ice machine was broken so they had to get it from the drive thru one. Lo-mein wasn't warm and dry so definitely going somewhere else next time.
We're they out of most of the menu like every other reviewer says? Yes. Did I have to completely alter what I was ordering? Yes. Was that annoying Are? Yes. Are their survey codes 22 digits long? Yes. Am I going to leave a 5 star review because it is what it is and people should stop coming back to places that disappoint them consistently? Also Yes.
This place is really sad it is literally on the verge of a closing, every time I've ever went there they are always out of something. fully staffed but always out. I just went in the middle of the afternoon And they are still out of things how can you be out of certain items in the middle of the afternoon? Do they not set up for the afternoon? Do they not know how to recognize when items are getting low? Really sad, need to do better.......
I don't understand how this establishment is still in business nor why I continue to try and give them my business. Everytime I go there they are always out of items they have listed on the menu. When I tell them I'll pull up and wait they don't offer to oblige me on it. The other part is that once in the drive thru line there's no getting out unless you don't have a low profile vehicle. So time is wasted waiting on nothing bc they never have anything available. Lebanon needs a Hibachi Jr. It's better in all aspects.
Stay far away from this Panda express. I ordered 2 bowls at 4.20pm today, but "due to the mic" on the menu not working properly, I had to repeat my order 3 times which was frustrating and whoever was taking orders was messing around with their co worker, so Instead of receiving 2 bowls,I got a plate of egg rolls and a bowl of chow mein. When I went inside to return the order as it was clearly wrong, they refused to give me what I payed for and refused to refund me for the 2 bowls I was charged for. So clearly they heard me, but decided it be funny to not give me what I ordered. Whoever is in charge needs to reconsider who they hired for the evening shift.

Used to love this place. Quality of food has declined drastically. Panda needs to do something fast or they will be losing customers. Oops! Too late. They lost a customer.
