We had a 3.5 hour drive from home to Dickson to pick up our son from a rehab facility. It was hot as Hades yesterday. We took the 840 bypass on the return trip to avoid rush hour traffic. Good decision, but it leaves few to no options for dining until you get back to Lebanon or Mt. Juliet. We were very hungry by then. Lots of options at this exit, but I was to the point I did not want to risk trying anything unknown. Stopped in to O'Charley's. It was a wise decision. All the usual great selections on the menu plus several new tasty and healthy Summer choices. We were cool. We were seated immediately by the manager. Ample parking. They appeared to have adequate staffing. The meal was perfect and everyone felt better after dinner. Nice clean establishment. It was a fun evening spending time as a family and making better memories. Getting a fresh start on the future that looks much brighter. Thanks O'Charley's for being reliable, consistent, and for caring. It made all the difference.

I feel so happy and felt i must recommend and share my success story with Mrs Magdalene James the best account manager. As I earned at the comfort of my home $11,500 with my little capital 1000$. You can reach her on. Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +16193545137

Whoever closes on weekends is completely screwing day shift over. Floors not vacuumed, windows thick with sticky fingerprints. Every other O'Charley's I've been to, management walks the dining room and makes sure things are running smoothly and I haven't seen a manager the last few times we've been to this location. This O'Charley's needs a good manager and a night crew who appreciates having a job. The worst of it was the huge dying roach that all the employees saw and heard customers comment on, that stayed right where it was the entire time we were there. Nasty!

Table and seat had crumbs on it when we sat down. They no longer have french dressing so I ordered potato soup. It was cold as usual, thin as water and tastes like onion soup. My steak had a funny taste like it was cooked with fish. The tea and chicken was excellent as well as the waiter as he was great at his job. I can’t believe they have ruined the soup too. This was my last trip there for good.

We have lived in Lebanon Tennessee 11 years going on 12 about less than a mile from this O’Charleys. They have always been consistent in food and customer service. But since the pandemic has ended, they have gone down to one star. We ordered food online at 4 o’clock to be picked up at 6 o’clock when my husband went to pick it up found out his catfish sandwich was not available from the supplier is what he was told it’s now 6:34 I called and talk to the manager he was trying to say the same thing oh we are sorry we didn’t have that available and I asked why they didn’t contact us we order it online my husband's phone number should have been on the app that he ordered on,(My husband did show the manager his receipt and it does have our phone number on it) I just told him it’s very very bad customer service! OK after an hour wait the food was phenomenal, my fried fish and fries were great and his fried cod Poboy was excellent but we also had an additional dinner in our bag that had the fried fish and French fries in it but, I have to say the food was excellent when we got it home and ate it.

I loved this place for so many years and frequented it often. It always had great staff, food, and atmosphere, but since COVID, it hasn't come back to what it once was. The staff is polite, but I'm not seeing the neighborly love there anymore. Not between the patrons and wait staff, nor have I seen an actual community clienteleLike I used to. The food is good, and I will continue to go there, but I am afraid our little community may be losing this bar and restaurant. Just check the cars on Sundays after church. The parking lot was whole, and a line was waiting at the door. I go by almost every Sunday morning, and I do not see that. I can't imagine it all being because of Covid as other restaurants I regularly go to have not changed much, if at all. They are still packed, everybody is talking to everyone else, and the servers are happy. Another sad part of this story/review is that O Charley's is based in Nashville, TN. Charlie Watkins founded the first one in 1971 as it opened its doors on the 21st.Ave.S, across from Vandy where it started, and soon after, more began to open. That was Ty was 51 years ago. History lesson over. It got decent food at a decent rate, but I feel if the community isn't more supportive while they are trying to get themself together, they will close up soon.

Stopped in for dinner - unfortunately they suffer from the same problem as many places - staff shortage. They did, however, make every effort to seat us as quickly as possible. The food was good, and as one would expect at this type of establishment. Our server was great, and did everything she could to be as attentive as possible. Based on this experience (and the one at a nearby Roadhouse) I would definitely go back.

My experience was not pleasurable nor memorable. Very hard pieces in my meal. So much so, that I finished 1/2 a piece before giving up. I was concerned I would chip a tooth.Bartender told me it was breading. It definitely was not breading. There was something inside the breeding. I could not break it up pushing down on it with a fork, so I know my teeth didn't stand a chance. The bartender did not seem concerned, so we paid our tab and left. My gfs salad was enjoyable, hence the two star rating.

For and foremost, we were seated before being told there was NO clean silverware or the small bread plates. As a manager you do not seat customers knowing you are not prepared. The waitress set our rolls on the table with out silver ware and plates and didn't have the courtesy to tell us what was going on, someone else did. It was a bad experience! The food wasn't bad but the service was horrible. The management could have gave us a discount or anything. Came across that no one even cared. I've always enjoyed the restaurant so I was highly disappointed. Please make amends and NEVER sit customers knowing you do not have clean silverware. This was 2 weeks ago on a Friday night.

The waitress was awesome we tipped her over $25. I got the sirloin with ribs meal sirloin was very chewy and I got it medium rare so go figure the ribs were fatty and grizzly I got some mashed sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese was very hot and chewy and the sweet potato mashed potatoes I found hard particles in them don't know any who will never be back it'd be in about 19 years since I've been to an O'Charley's this is the reason why go to Logan's or outback steakhouse if you want some really good food just saying.
