My mom came through the drive through early this morning, and ordered food for me and my brother (who were at home still). after ordering, the man over the machine made a comment, and i quote “wow someone’s hungry.” may i remind you she was ordering for 3 people, but we weren’t in the car with her. then, when she pulled up to the window, a skinny, older woman with braids looks at my mom, then turned to the male and, again, i quote, said “oh yeah, she can handle it all.” i have no words. it is freakin mother’s day, and no one should have to worry about being freakin fat shamed for ordering food FOR THREE PEOPLE. this is incredibly unacceptable and i will never come back to this restaurant. you need to teach your employees some respect.
Why is this location always out of ice it is really frustrating. Makes you wonder do they just not want to clean the machine
The McDonald's close to exit 232 off I-40 West is good, the employees were great.
One of the best McDonald's I've ever visited. The drive thru was a crazy wait time, but they got us thru quick as they could. Order taker was courteous and very polite. Food accuracy was spot on and hot! All condiments asked for were given and in excess. The basket of fries was overflowing. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you to the staff at this McDonald's!
The only McDonald's I can say that is always fresh and has the order correct. I have been stop by almost once a month for the past 2 years. Staff is always nice and the orders always correct.If you're stopping around lunch time of course there's going to be a wait. That's to be expected.I've never been to a McDonald's that is consistent like this.Usually they are a hot mess and I do everything I can to avoid them. This one is the exception.
This location is generally very good (Fries are almost always hot and freshly made, 2 times we did run into expired milk for a kid's meal, but food is always made perfectly so kudos to the grill master).
They really try to do their best and be quick to where the other one on South Cumberland in Lebanon is hateful, they argue with each other and when drive thru only open after 9, they chose if want to do Frappes or not. This one page is very good

Very slow drive thru and inside was locked up. Finally after 20 min got food and it was cold never again very unhappy
Came in for some breakfast and just have to say what a nice experience it was. Everything was spotless and the bathrooms sparkled and actually smelled GREAT! The employees were super nice and helpful. I sat in the dining room and received better table service than most restaurants! Thank you!
