Just sat for over 30 min in the pickup spot for a frappe, got tired went threw drive threw and was told their machine was broke so we loose our money qnd thats y they didn't come out.they just let us sit there?! Like what?! Then said we loose the money maybe she can give us a frappe tomorrow if we come back? We're from out state? We even said a ice cream or something would work she said no sorry.
Extremely unhappy!!!! Ordered an orange juice and it was mixed with water!!!! Cant believe you guys get away with things like this! Unacceptable!!! If you dont have it just say that!!! Do not go mixing drinks with water that is disgusting! If i wanted water i would order a water. I will not be back to this location!!
By far the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life. We waited twenty minutes in the drive thru just to have the lady at the window get an attitude because she gave us the wrong order. I get home and the burger is old and stale, the nuggets are the same way. Never coming here again.
Didnt have what we wanted. Ordered on line and when we got there told us 15 minutes later. We asked for a refund she said she was going into get it and never came back out. Doors were locked and would not answer phone.
Food was really old but but still hot. the ppl were really nice considering I had a $50 order an hr before they closed... definitely better than the McDonald's by cookout
Sometimes the wait can be tiring & they might've gotten rid of the Tropical Sprite, but with the new interior & the new desserts they are trying to make up for the removal of fan favorites.So, for the removal of Sprites Tropical fruit. They get a 3 out of 5 ⭐
I checked hours on line before I left. I went here to pick up for someone else. I pulled up at drive through. No one spoke. I waited a couple minutes. I went to next window. No one was in view and no one spoke. It looked like they were open. I parked. I went inside. The guy cooking was wearing headphones and dancing like no one was watching. Finally, a guy came out. I told him what happened. He said they were only 2 workers and he had to use restroom. He said he saw me as I was pulling off. I tried to place order. He told me for my safety and security, I needed to go back to drive through. The first time, there were no cars in line. Now, there were 3. I am number 4. I wait 20 minutes. I placed order including fries with no salt. Not only did they have salt, they were cold and soggy. The burger was dry and tasted bad. I was VERY DISSAPOINTED! The person who I was picking up for has sodium limits. This was a disappointment and very unhappy with entire situation. It was freezing cold, took forever, outside. Inside, back outside, then lousy food, not fresh, and not no salted fries. UNACCEPTABLE!
The service is always good, we got some chicken nuggets and m&ms mcflurry.
Stopped for a Sprite and some friesSprite was great... fries were a little stale and needed just a touch more salt, but my stomach was already feeling off so I'm not too worried about it
Food was hot and the service was a little slow but overall love eating there
