Used drive-through this location has updated screens which was nice. Very bright and helpful. It took 30mins to get some not exactly fast food but that’s how it goes.
Definitely not a 24 hour McDonald’s. Please change your hours online to not confuse late night workers! I saw many workers running around the lobby just for the woman with absolutely no teeth to tell me that they are closed. I get it, it’s McDonald’s we can’t expect much, but definitely can provide correct hours and more pleasant workers, I am pretty sure the man behind me is still sitting in line.
I got off work at 10:30 tonight so most of everything is closed, so decided to stop at McDonald’s on my way home. Sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes, the lady was very rude… when I got up to the window to pay she just held her hand out for my payment without a word, didn’t even give me a receipt, then when she went to hand me my bag I asked for ketchup and she huffed and seemed annoyed that I had asked and then tossed my bag at me and closed the window, very unprofessional business and I hope whoever owns this place goes in and makes things right, this isn’t my first bad experience here, I only go when I get off late and everything else is closed. I HATE this McDonalds and if the one on W Main was closed unfortunately or I would have went there instead. Absolutely rude, unprofessional, people. No customer service skills AT ALL!!
Tired of coming through here and lobby is closed. Tired of constantly getting the wrong or cold food. Very tired of getting cold coffee. I’ve also gotten decaf coffee when I would never order that.It’s a Saturday and the manager said lobby is closed . He’s only got 4 people. Maybe McDonald’s should pay better. Then your employees will show up. Look across the street at chick-fil-a. They are booming with employees that show up. That’s where I’m taking my money. McDees you are on a 6 month ban. Get it together because your becoming the new Burger King with their crack employees and nasty restaurant.Also you probably owe me over $50 in screw ups over the last year. Get it together
If I could give a negative star I would, worst place to go. Honestly I wouldn’t stop here unless it’s the last place to eat and you’re starving. Starving as in about to die, it literally took me 23 minutes to get two McDoubles. Then when I received them they are barely even warm. If you don’t have the staff to have a store open maybe you should shut one down and combined them.
Ordered holiday pies on line. Wait 10 minutes at curbside for them to say no holiday pies. Asked for refund and she said she would go in to get the refund been out here another 20 minutes waiting and no one will answer the phone.
We were met with a polite server whose name was Kim she was a positive upbeat employee which made me as a customer feel very appreciated, she should be someone that trains others how to do proper customer service. Will definitely return just to see her again she made my night.
The new manager has great customer service. They always make my sandwich right. Never been a big fan of drive thru so I don't know about the long waits. I go inside and I am out inna reasonable time.
Waited 30 minutes for a fast food curbside. This is fast food people get your stuff together. I could have set down at a restraunt that serves quality food and ate it within that time frame.
Posting/sign says 24 hours. Came here at midnight 12/20 12am, lights are on, several workers can be seen inside…came through the drive through… there were 2 vehicles in front of us, they stopped at the speaker but didn’t seem to order, then drove off. Then, it was our turn…come to find out - the workers were ignoring the customers. 3 vehicles (including ours) were just blatantly ignored. They acted like they weren’t inside…but we can see you SMH. I don’t know what’s wrong with these generation of kids nowadays - signing up to work but don’t. And I understand the labor shortage we have, but managers/leaders of establishment need better hiring and training. We ended up going next door (Cook Out) where they were honoring their hours and providing service at 12:30am. Us and 6-7 other vehicles that were turned away. Business wonder why they are losing profit… lazy workers
