They are suffering from the same issues as many chain restaurants. They don't offer the benefits and pay to keep good people which is reflected in the service and speed of service for the food. 30 minute wait in a restaurant that was under 50% seated. Inattentive server that left dirty dishes on the table over 3 visits and had to be asked to take them, although benefit of the doubt as she was probably waiting on twice as many people as she is supposed to. The hostess was a plus as she brought the crayons while we waited for a table to entertain the young one. The bucket app took 20 minutes to come out and was very greasy and mostly stuck together in a big ball. The entrees were good but were brought out maybe 6 minutes after the salads, so pacing was pretty poor as well. Oh, and one of the bread plates out of 3 and one of the steak knives out of two were brought to the table dirty. The bread plate I can let slide because the dishwasher is probably doing 3 tasks at a time, but the knife had to make it past both the dishwasher and the person rolling silverware. I don't know how anyone works in the restaurant industry anymore. Glad I got out before the industry truly went to hell. Not only will this be my last visit to this location, there is about a 5% chance I would ever go to another Logan's again.
Spent a night in Lebanon and decided to give this place a try. Service was good, but the "rib eye" steak I ordered was the worst piece of meat I ever had served to me. I have been to all 50 states, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and from Chicago I know steak. My expectations were not high, but this was worse than I could have imagined. If it was a rib eye then my shoe is a filet. Mostly fat and gristle, even in the meat, itself, No marbling (a hallmark of rib eyes), and had a hard time cutting it with the serrated knife. No use in returning it as can't imagine anything would have been better.
Tonight we had 22 people at Logans for a birthday dinner. We had excellent service and a wonderful waiter Chris. He was so patient and on top of everything and never missed a beat! Thank you Chris and we look forward coming back and seeing you again!
Lindsey at the Bar was AMAZING, she waited on a completely full bar with grace, a smile,and good attitude. Good example of what a wait staff should try to be when under pressure and dealing with the public! I worked retail for over 30 yrs and it's not easy, she did her job well beyond of what most do these days! GOOD JOB LINDSEY! Hope you get a nice recognition for a job well done!
Our waiter, Chris, was on point with our every need and some we didn't think of. He is an excellent waiter. Because of the dynamic service he provided, we will definitely return to dine again soon. Thank you Chris and Jennifer!
Lebanon Logan's management is as unprofessional as it gets especially Travis at Lebanon ... don't work and pleases don't send your kids to work there ... he refused to put my son back on schedule after being sick et Covid
I traveled from Nashville to Cumberland County_ this was my son's choice to meet me for lunch as I had stopped for the night in Lebanon, TN.Logan's steak house has been a favorite spot for the entire family for a long while.Today just reiterated why we choose to dine at Logan's.Our server, Ashton went above and beyond to make sure our lunch was a pleasant experience.Our drink glasses were never empty, the hot bread melted in your mouth.The salads were so fresh and crispy_My son had the 6 oz. steak, baked potato; the steak didn't even need a serrated knife to cut it!It was tender, well prepared, and delicious. Our most esteemed compliments to the chef!The chef brought the hot food out himself; thank you young man_ you are a gifted chef.I opted for an appetizer as my meal paired with a salad; but was feeling poorly from another issue from Hotel room and didn't have an appetite.It was (3) nice sized light and fluffy crab cakes_ looked simply wonderful.I wasn't feeling well so my son ate mine.Ashton would check back appropriately and brought more than enough sauces, napkins, and welcoming smiles to our table.My son was too full for dessert but was offered anyway which was rare yet so professional.Ashton was a breath of fresh air; she is an asset to this Logan's location.We will ask for her the next time we stop in and that will not be very long if we can help it. ?Great dining experience altogether.Keep smiling Ashton; it shows that you do all you do in love.God bless you and thank you for being so kind and attentive.See y'all soon! ?♀️
First time at this Logan's. I ordered the Deluxe hamburger with the Brewsky Onions and mushrooms. It was the best hamburger I think I've ever eaten in my life. I'm 60, so I've eaten a lot of hamburgers. Not only was the burger taste perfection, the fries were hot and crisp. Jake was our server and he was just the right amount attentive, he was friendly and made us laugh. Overall excellent dining experience. Only thing missing was the peanuts--thanks to Covid.

The Filet Mignon today might have been the most tender juicy steak I have ever had from Logan's and I have been eating Logan's for years. The service was also amazing and the Mango Sweet Tea topped it all off. Great Visit!
