Really like the pizza here. Taste way better then the ones we get in Knoxville.
UPDATE: The store/owner has reached out to me and issued a refund.On 3/16/22 I decided to take another chance on this location; months prior my pizza was wrong & I had to go back to pickup a replacement. I ordered online and AFTER I checked out it said my pizza would be ready the NEXT day at 11AM because the store was closing early (20 minutes from my order time.) I got ahold of the manager who said he wouldn't make it the next day but I had to call customer service for a refund.On 3/17 I called CS & explained what happened. They instructed me that the franchise owner would call in a few days.On 3/30 after a lot of patience on my part I called CS again. I was told that it should have said before I checked out that it was a next day order (it DID NOT) by a supervisor who was doing her best version of "uptalking" where every sentence sounds like a question. She will "reach out" to the (obviously broke) franchise owner to refund my $26.47. I assume he's broke if he's unwilling to refund money he took for items not provided.I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for a call or a refund but I will warn others.
Stopped by to pick up a pizza tonight and stood in the lobby for 30 minutes, waiting while numerous folks came and went with their pizzas. When I inquired, I was essentially ignored. The teens working the front counter were so preoccupied with flipping their hair, picking their fake fingernails, talking and in general doing everything but their jobs, that they completely dismissed me. When I inquired again, the associate turned around took a pizza out of the warmer and handed it to me and I said how long has that been in there? And they all looked at me with blank stares. Of course by this time I was quite bent out of shape and I informed them that if they put even a small percentage of their energy into actually doing their jobs and learning some customer service, I wouldn't have been standing there for 30 minutes. Needless to say, this will be my last trip to Little Caesars in Lebanon. By the way, icing on the cake, I still didn't get the type of pizza I ordered/paid for. Poor management, poorer customer service.

Very easy to order ahead and pickup. Food is delicious and made fresh. Quick to serve and clean.
Ordered very simple cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza 2 cheese garlic bread. Had to wait for the pepperoni so asked for both to be made fresh. They came up from the back so I didn't think to check on them because they were packed just wanted out. Get home got 2 cheese pizza and regular bread sticks. Tried to call no answer. Wasn't given a receipt to go back to store with but at least they were hot and fresh!!!!
The inconsistency an this location is HORRIBLE. If you are spending your hard earned money on a hot tasty pizza - YOU MIGHT GET ONE IN 20 that are hot and tasty. Worst Little Caesar’s. Lebanon TN deserves a better owner/operator and so does this brand.
They are never open when it says they are open. They never get your order right if you call ahead and once i called ahead and waited 30 minutes to pick it up and they didn’t even have my order started or rang up.
Tonight this location was very short staffed but managed to fulfill all of their orders as quickly and professionally as they could. My pizzas were delicious. Shout out to the manager for going above and beyond for me tonight. Thank you.
Not friendly and never have a lot of pizzas made for the hot and ready. Waiting another of times.
