I don’t know why I come back here. Every time it’s the same thing. Today I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy and chocolate cake. Pretty simple right? . I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for biscuits. Then another voice came on and said I would have to take 3 pieces of original. Then after agreeing to that when I get to the window I was asked if I would take 12 cookies instead of the cake. I said no as I didn’t want cookies and the manager was outwardly angry because she had to do a refund. There was plenty of staff on hand and they were moderately busy so I would expect simple menu items to be ready without a significant wait. Asking to much?
Pulled in the parking lot at 8:45 on Tuesday night.Their hours online and on the door show open till 9pm.Get to the door and they are locked. Then the lights outside go off. Then I see them cleaning up for the night. They just looked at me and kept on cleaning. I call and it rings and rings then goto voice-mail.I am a business owner and stay late if a customer needs us to.I am not saying businesses should stay late. But atleast stay open and not close 15-20 mins early. If you do turn off your street light.
I came to the drive throughwindow tonight, 5/4/2022, and no one would answer at the speaker. I came to the window. It is not yet 9. I said I would like to order and that it is not yet closing time. They laughed at me through the window and I said I would be contacting corporate, which I just did. The manager needstogive this problem attention. Oftentimes they are closed before closing time.
Very dissatisfied with my experience today. Second time coming to this establishment and I am disappointed with my order. When I come to KFC I always look forward to the biscuits. This time was not the case...my biscuit was undercooked. As soon as I bit into it I could taste the dough.
Whole family got sick after eating from here, did you put something in our food? Person taking our order was very rude and kept interrupting us. Overall an awful experience, this isn't the first time someone has gotten sick from this location's food. Not coming back.
Slowest service ever, then many orders taken in front of ours. The manager was just angry at the world. Poor customer service over all. Then they were put out because over an hour later I wanted my food. Finally got it and it was ok, but not the usual KFC experience. Won't return to this location.
First time here was told mobile order pickup was only allowed to be picked up drive thru. Second time went through drive thru was told i had to come inside only. Which is fine not something to complain about but what got me was when we went inside while waiting my disabled daughter had an episode and that happens it even happens with normal kids (getting a little loud) which shouldn’t of been a big deal in an empty restaurant and i didn’t hesitate i took the drinks and her to the car out of respect for the employees working. My boyfriend waited 6-7 minutes in the building to come out and tell me an employee there was trash talking about my toddler and she even told him that she can’t be in the building acting that way because “there at liability”. I was unaware that a child crying puts a business at liability? Very upsetting how disrespectful some people can be just because they dislike children.
I ordered unsweetened tea because I have diabetes they gave me tea full of sugar I said not sweet three times and stillCan’t return it I’m back at work it’s like dang I drank some so I could get very sick now
They were very rude the night manager was very unprofessional n it was a big hassle to get food
The remodel looks great. Was a little disappointed that the buffet is gone.
