Absolutely amazing!!! We had the flu in my household and we hasn’t eaten in a few days based on our fever being high. We were both starving and didn’t want to go out and infect people. We ordered jimmy johns and they delivered to our door and left it at the door and rang the doorbell. The sandwiches were so good that we ate the second halves the next day for leftovers. They were still just as good. Thank you jimmy johns for feeding us when we were sick.
Ordered on app for delivery on Saturday night. JJ called me and canceled order and said they sold out of everything in the store. If your having labor issues just say so. No need to purge yourself. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! With so many other options no need to.
Very saddened by our experience tonight. Went for a sandwich and got a snack. My pregnant wife was very disappointed in the size of her few bites of a snack sandwich. It was like a stuffed bread stick.
Ordered 30 minutes before close. Food got here in 20 minutes. Driver was very professional and well-kept. Food was fresh and well made. As an out of towner and former JJ’s driver and assistant manager, I was impressed.

Second time I have ordered from this shop. Ordered through door dash and it usually pretty quick. Any other jimmy johns franchise is super fast, quick, and friendly. I called to cancel my order because it was going to take a long period of time due to only having one delivery driver. If you have that much volume you would think you’d hire or schedule a few more drivers on a busy Sunday. The young lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me after she told me my order would be refunded in 24hrs. Didn’t get any apology or anything. Piss poor customer service.
Worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to. Nothing fast about it delivery or pickup. Lobby closed (why?). Out of capicola so I ask for ham instead and they go no substitutions, except they’re putting extra salami on it. That’s a substitution. The meat is right there, it’s not hard to do that. Go to subway or jersey mikes. This location sucks.
Great food, cuz it's jimmy John's, but really uncomfortable customer service, they, literally, don't talk to you; no hello, thank you, bye, go to he**. Nothing, they stick your bag out the window and let go. I stop going because it's just weird, you're left sitting there staring at them like you missed something. Then I will try again, thinking it was just that worker that day. Nope, been playing this game for about a year or so. Same thing. Don't know if this is their idea of freaky fast service, but I don't care for it. Maybe I'll try again in a couple of months...

If you want freaky fast, don't order here. I ordered delivery from just a half mile down the road because of work purposes. Ordered early as well so that I would have time to eat. It took an hour to finally get it. I have given them multiple chances and this is my last straw.
