Customer service: A joke. Went there today at 0935, yes they are working on the drive thru. But it is on the ground and does to say to place order, after a long when we pulled to window the red head kid with a tattoo under his left eye, was very rude told me I ordered (?????) I said no I had not ordered yet, he slammed to window in my face and walked off. No I will not be back there.
So let me start by saying I would definitely give them zero Stars if that was possible! After asking me if I would like to be upcharged to a medium and me telling them no, they upcharged me anyways! I guess the young lady was upset when I told her I wanted a refund on the upcharge.. she tossed my money back to me causing me to drop my change on the ground. Then held onto my food for about 6 minutes (long enough for it to be nice and "room temp" at best!) When did Hardee's become a downgrade from Burger King? Very unhappy with spending $30 on cold/old food! Can't wait for the new What-a-burger because you guys just don't care anymore!
We stopped at this Hardee's for breakfast and it was busy. But, the employees were bickering with each other and the lady taking orders was rude, uncooperative and an unprofessional mess. The person who is managing this place has no control as there was total madness! Some orders weren't correct and some people were just not even getting their orders. If you asked about it, they acted like they were offended. Not a good experience.
Absolutely HORRIBLE place to eat at. Manager was extremely rude to entire family. Also the place was extremely filthy!! Not to mention the food poisoning from a $12 burger.
Went to buy a milkshake and the kind lady sold her last in the morning…currently It’s 8:55pm and they are out of ice cream. This is outrageous i need the local Hardy’s double chip chocolate chip double dipped and finest creamy hand made whipped cream just right that makes me not hate life so much when i go home to my beautiful wife and kids and they scream and yell constantly that i don’t give enough milkshakes. But i try my hardiest.But like i said this lady sold her last one… i don’t even get that i just wished i would have Been that lucky man or woman or even child that enjoyed that beautiful milkshake before me
Best biscuits and gravy in town, IMO. And the low carb breakfast bowl is amazingly good! Breakfast is my favorite time to go but later in the day, I usually get a low carb burger or chicken and both are delicious. Always fresh and tasty food, along with good service!
Food was great!. The cashier was a bit rude though. If it wasn't for that it would have been a four or four and a half rating
Horrible service we were the only ones there and it took 10 min in the drive threw to get our order. RIDICULOUS
You order a cheeseburger plain and you get no cheese. You call them they say bring it back up there and they will replace it. I tell them I'm already too far away I will stop back by tomorrow I will just eat it but I don't appreciate being charged for a cheeseburger. The manager gets real rude and tells me if I don't bring it back right now there's nothing they can do for me. So here you go Hardee's
Sat at the drive thru window 18 minutes and food was still cold when we took it out of the bag. Very disappointing.
