When this location1st opened it was very nice and good...but now the hours are NOT the 24 hours advertised ..Opens st 6 a.m. and they arent prepared at all . And all the workers nearby alot have to be AT WORK AT 6 so they are losing early a.m. breakfast . Drive thru is horrendous , I was 4th car in line for breakfast and they said breakfast over and there was 5 minutes to spare and I told then I waited over 40 min in line! LOVES needs to look into this before they end up losing all business! in line for over 40 minutes, and they refused to serve me ...food isnt good because it's usually luke warm to cool, and they just opened at 6 am !!
Been in three times now and will not go back. Only thing good about this place is the location. First time I went the service was good but the food was cold. Second time I ordered a plain hamburger and fries. My burger had cheese on it. Brought it back in and the manager in charge said it was my fault because I didn't ask for no cheese. I had no idea I had to ask for no cheese on a plain HAMBURGER. Worst service. Went again one last time and my order was wrong again.
Terrible customer service. This is the hardees located in the loves truck stop. I stood at the register while they laughed and played in near the fryer. She even started to walk towards the register but then stopped and continued levity. I walked out because I’m on a schedule . Terrible service
The drive thru has been closed for at least the last three weekends. The service is SLOW! I work near by and we were excited when the restaurant opened, but we still can’t utilize finally having a restaurant close because even a 30 minute lunch isn’t enough time to wait in a line then wait for your food. I would give zero stars if possible.
If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst. I wish that they would just get their stuff together and have better customer service!!!
-5 stars need to get some people who actually work also I could leave my burger in my dash to cook it better
This place is disgusting. Everytime I come the burgers are freezing cold and old with hard buns and the place is filthy. Like the actual employees personal hygiene is bad. I usually just deal with it but this time I waited in line again. Handed her the burgers and told her. She walked around the kitchen and handed me the same burgers back. I'm over this place.
This would be a great location for a Hardee’s restaurant! Staff moves like molasses, no initiative,Sense of urgency, or customer service! Keep driving to Lebanon or Murfreesboro! Corporate needs to step in here.
Worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. ZERO STARS. Absolute garbage! The employees are the WORST and enjoy making people wait and giving them the wrong food.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst Hardee's I have ever been to and quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant as well. Eaten here 3 times when I haven't brought lunch. All 3 were disgusting food was cold or barely cooked services is terrible and I swear the cook's don't even know what they are making. It's like they just throw things together on a bun and send it out. Ordered the brisket burger and they only sent out brisket and a bun. No burger and no condiments. They should just close this place down. Honestly a broken vending machine would do much better than this place
