I love going to South Cumberland Dunkin in Lebanon TN because they are nice and try their best even when short staffed. they also generally get your order right and are quick to fix mistakes. Thank you S. Cumberland Dunkin team for being awesome!!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I live right down the street from this place and have to sit in line for 20 minutes before I can even order my food. The people work slower than any place I’ve ever seen, they don’t know what they’re doing, always smoking cigarettes outside while a pile of cars are waiting to order, dine in is never open in the mornings and a few weeks ago they didn’t show up for work by 6:00am. My daughter and I come in here every other Friday for donuts and coffee and She cried when they weren’t open and I didn’t know how to explain to her that sometimes people just don’t show up to work. I drive to Smyrna to go to either one out there vs here when I don’t have my daughter because I will spend more time here than I would at Starbucks just waiting and not moving. This place is a MESS. Nothing less than poor management and terrible staff.

way too slow with service over 20mins for two coffees is Ridiculous

I order the same food and drink every time but some how my drink tastes completely different from day to day and the prices are different every day. Staff isn't knowledgeable about their food or drinks, managers seem to be more worried about being right than taking care of the customer. Today my plain Jane sausage biscuit rang up for 3.89.... FOR A SAUSAGE BISCUIT . The sign still shows 2.39. Who would pay nearly 4 bucks for a sausage biscuit? The manager proceeded to argue with me instead or making up for the fact that their sign doesn't match the true prices.

If I could give zero starts I would. My order was wrong and asked for it to be fixed, God forbid I get what I paid for. I got so much attitude, stared at, silence and eye roll. You get paid to do a job. Never is it acceptable to treat customers that way most especially when you screwed their order up! I will never waste my husbands hard earned money at this place again and would rather drink toilet water than give a cent of my money to this place. I talked to the manager and even though she was polite she never offered to fix the drinks or remake them. This place is a joke.

Stopped at Dunkin to grab a donut and coffee for 2 grandparents and our grandkids. We were asked to wait to order because “there are only 2 of us working”. No problem at all. Picked out 6 donuts and then said we wanted drinks as well. The reply “How many drinks”. My response “4”. She said we could only order 1 or 2”. We asked if we should go somewhere else. “You’ll need to, there’s only 2 of us working”. WHAT?? I kind of laughed, she couldn’t be serious. But yes-she said we couldn’t order enough drinks for 4 people (2 coffees and 2 refreshers), they didn’t have time. 1 car in the drive up and no one inside. Disappointed Dunkin and so were my grandkids.

Dissapointed. The last 2 times I have ordered a hot hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar it has not been sweet enough. I recently went to one in Murfreesboro and it was perfect just like it was before in Lebanon Not sure what happened. I won't order my coffee at this location anymore.

I'm a huge fan of all Dunkin Donuts but Damn the lines at this Dunkin Donus are as slow as watching Pain Dry. I do not understand, they appear to have plenty of staff and most of their product is pre-made. Why does it take 45 mins to get a coffee and donut every single day. Iv watched 6 people drive off today because they were tired of waiting and I'm still in line 45 mins later. Serving 7 vehicles in 45 mins is ridiculous.

I was not impressed at all. First, this is supposed to be a donut place. They didn't have much selection at all of donuts. You would think glaze donuts would be a staple that they would never run out of. All they had was donut holes and frosted donuts with all the sprinkles on them. And I had a caramel whatever latte that was just barely lukewarm when I got it. The service was horrible there were three people running the store and evidently only one of them take orders and she was busy servicing the ladies bathroom.Like I said I definitely was not impressed and probably won't ever go back to that store anyway.

The staff here are very nice but the service is slow and unorganized. Every Dunkin I've been to is like this though so just plain ahead if you're in a hurry. Other than that can't complain
