Domino's what happened? The quality of your pizzas have really gone down.The purchase pizzas " wereburnt" and the the marinara sauce completely eliminated, on the to-go order.The customer request for additional ingredients to be added, was overlooked,The price of the pizza was not matter to food.Extremely poor quality and service. Are always unacceptable.Want a tip close your doors permanently..
Terrible service. They made a pick up order that was for delivery, then lied and said they would remake it. I get there 10min later and they literally, hand me the pizza that was up for pick up an hour prior. I told her it was not fresh and my pizza shouldn't be greasy, with yellow cheese (should be white still) nor should the box be sunken in and only hot where it was on the heater of it were fresh. They're very unprofessional and tacky. Definitely, a bad representation of domino's ‼️
Sat at the place waiting on them to bring me my pizza. And after 15 mins of waiting. I went inside. Some guy just kept walking by me. Didn't ask if I needed help. Another guy just kept staring at me. I had to demand for my pizza.
Really great service and food at this location. And the staff are always happy, which shouldn't be as noteworthy as it is now-a-days! It's the only franchise we order from now.
They push doing online order pulled in 2 min before pizza was suppose to be finished (according to app) they had not even stated the pizzas. We cancelled order and they advised it would 1-3 days for refund. They didn’t Even offer to Go Ahead and make pizza while we waited.
PERFECT FOR TRUCKERS! We had been sitting at Royal Canin waiting to unload for almost 19 hours. so i called them about 20 minutes before they were suppose to close and ordered stuffed cheesy bread (AMAZING) and a specialty pizza. they said 45- hour. I said fine. They called, brought it to us and it was like they had just taken it out of the oven. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The girl on the phone was very polite that handled our order and even got our order discounted almost $10 (I had asked her if there was any) and the guy that delivered was too. Very polite and well mannered. Will definately be ordering from them again.
Lebanon, TN Store West Main - Ordered for curbside pick-up at 5:45. Expected pick-up was 6:16 to 6:26. Got there at 6:15. Checked on-line and told there. At 6:21:47 started countdown to deliver within 2 minutes. At 6:22:49, said delivered, but we had no pizza order. Called at 6:25 and put on hold---can not go into store due to short staff or COVID fears. Meantime flagged down driver to help and he went in and got it. Evidently, the staff had put down it was delivered. Finally taken off hold after 8 minute wait and person said you got the order, so what is the problem. He also stated that we do not get a free pizza when past 2 minutes during busy times. About 4 cars in parking lot. The website does not mention "2 minutes except for busy time". Here is what it says on website: Your order will be headed to your car within 2 minutes from the time you check in after the Domino’s Tracker® indicates your order is “Ready,” or you get a FREE PIZZA with your next order. Do we get a free pizza with next order? Just stating facts here.
Absolutely the worst pizza my wife and I have ever had. This was our first and will be our last pizza from this Domino's in Lebanon TN. We actually threw almost half of it away instead of saving for the next day which we normally would from any other pizza place we buy from. Honestly I wouldn't even want a free pizza from this location just because it was that bad.
The Brooklyn Style is great. I have ordered several times from this Domino's and the food is always fresh.
Good flavor, deliver was timing for our kid's Birthday Party. Had made arrangements for pizza to be delivered s certain time so great customer service.
