NO. JUST NO. As someone who has worked in food service and hospitality I would NEVER recommend anyone to this restaurant. I ordered my food in advance which was very simple, but getting was terrible. MY FOOD WAS THREE HOURS OLD. IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE SINCE I ORDERED IT. I ordered it to be picked up in advance not for it to sit out in the heat of the store for three odd hours. My ice tea was hot. My 'crispy fried food' was more like greasy mush, my ice cream was hot liquid. Why would I even think of eating it. Trust me if you want to stay safe stay as far away from here as possible.

I cannot express how absolutely horrendous the food was. My family has lived here in Lebanon all our lives, and Cracker Barrel usually delivers on all fronts- until now. All the food we ordered took over 20 minutes to come out, all the more complimented by a neglectful server who barely took our meager requests for a straw or more hot water. We asked twice for our bacon and eggs to be fixed, much to our dismay they couldn't even cook either right. My chicken came out what I could only explain as thrice fried it was so hard and dry, not to mention I nearly choked on my biscuit it was so chalky. The grits were soupy and eggs rubbery, with nothing to show for the hospitality that we usually receive for our troubles. I would never recommend this location to anyone who actually wants a proper southern dining experience, pictures are attached.
Learn my lesson ordered the cheddar broccoli chicken special. It was the smallest single chicken breast I've seen (see attached photo). It looked a little bigger because of the broccoli, but not much. This wasn't a one time thing either another member of my party ordered the same thing and received a similar sized portions. Waiter could care less when I tried to say something gave us the plates and walked away, and really didn't do anything in a customer service manner. When I checked out I brought it up to the cashier I was told I don't know anything like that or about it today is my first day. She wasn't even willing to get someone else. I told her I had a picture of it. I mean I go to cracker barrel because you get good portions for a reasonable price.

We will not be returning to Cracker Barrel. We were seated promptly which was nice but after we were seated we waited 10 to 15 minutes and no server came. My husband even went to the bathroom and still no one came. We didn’t mind waiting but then we saw people around us who were sat after us being served and given drinks and their orders taken. Very very disappointed with Cracker Barrel as this is the second time we have dealt with this issue. Not sure why this is such an issue but I used to love Cracker Barrel. I hope you treat your other customers better.
Always enjoy the meals and ambiance of Cracker Barrel. And..they have wine!!
