Hands down, best burger joint in town, best food, best quality, and plenty of it. Look forward to coming every time, always satisfied with Cook out.
This guy here in the grey shirt was extremely rude and refused to allow me to pay for a large drink “we don’t do large drinks sold by their selves” is what I was told . When I asked for a manager he said “I am the manager when I’m almost 10000% sure this immature 16 yr old is not the manager .
This location is sad compared to the cookeville location. I keep trying to give this place another chance but they get worse every time I come here. The meat for the burger was literally blackened and cold, the wraps and burget have just barely enough sauce and cheese to say it was on it and the drink had as much ice as they could physically place into the cup, meaning much less actual drink. I really used to like this place but I think Ima just give up on it, it's just not worth the time or money. But luckily there's a new whataburger opening literally across the street, so cookout can get f'ed now.
I feel like they were ok when they first showed up... but last few times I've gotten my food there I've been pretty disappointed. Particularly my last order... the hot dog bun was stale/tough and had enough musturd for like 4 or 5 hotdogs. It was pretty gross. I asked fries fresh extra crispy but they're just somewhat soft and bleh. I guess they're are other places to choose from but it's a shame because I thought they had good potential.
I loved the South Carolina location. Tried the TN location this past weekend and the entire order was wrong and paid almost 40 bucks for what looked like 4 kids meals for a 5 yr old...we were starving so we ate what we were given anf had to order more food for the kids!!
They are great for that late night and on a budget hunger pain you get every once in awhile... This location tends to be skimpy on your side items line French fries, onion rings, and hush puppies during the midnight-closing hours...
Asked for bbq chicken sandwich get mayonnaise all on it I don’t it so a long wait to get food I don’t get to eat yay…..
Two pathetic hamburger patties, 3 CHICKEN NUGGETS, and literally 5 cheese bites for 8 dollars?? This was my first cookout experience and will most definitely be my last. Thank you for ruining an experience I have been looking forward to for months, since my hometown doesn’t have one.
We love cookout and go to one when ever we are actually close to one. This is twice that we have been to this one and both times were awful. They burnt the hell out of the food the first time. Then, the second time we watched them serve 4 cars at the drive through before even being addressed, which isn't great but it happens, and 10 car get their food in the time we were standing there. The issue is that it took over 40 minutes to get 2 burgers and a fry that were no hot and were over cooked. It is Not up to the cookout standard. It is fast food and does not take that long to make.
VERY INCONSIDERATE OF MY FEELINGS:I went to this Cookout a week ago, and the experience was TERRIBLE. My ex-wife Vannessa DIVORICED ME, and I was very distraught. When I pulled up to the speaker I thought of her (she LOVED cookout) and I started to CRY. The people asked me what was wrong but after ONLY 10 minutes, they asked me to either pull forward or order. HOW RUDE!!!!1 It's only been about 3 years, so I was SHOCJED. I called the corporate number but then I though of Vanessa (she LOVED using the phone) and started to cry, so they HUNG UP ON ME. Never in my life have I been so disrespectedFIX THIS!
