Went to chili’s tonight told us they couldn’t take 5 people but just took 5 before us what kind of service is this that’s why so many businesses are closing not even u can wait and we can seat u in 30 min no just we can’t take 5 people thanks won’t ever be back
This location is terrible!!! Whole restaurant has tables wide open yet only 2 servers working so wait is a hour or more …
This location has terrible customer service yet we keep coming back hoping there is a change. Welp tonight was the last time. Told 30 min wait, waited 35. Asked hostess how much longer and was told another 20 mins. This has been a continuous problem with this location.
I give them 5 stars again because as a family it is my favorite place, good service and delicious dishes... ?
I work for DoorDash and I came here to pick up an order. I parked in the curbside pickup parking lot, planning on coming in. Alden came out to greet me immediately at the window and was super friendly and personable! He got the name for my order and went in and brought it out to me. 5 star service. Give him a raise!
Waitress's were awesome and attentive. Time to have our food to our table was great. Quality has slipped in my opiniun has slipped from a 9-10 down to a three. Price was too much for what we got.
The food is standard Chili's fare. It is good, not excellent, but we like it.On the service it is problematic. Our server did the best she could, but there were only two servers in the restaurant. At dinner. So the waits were long.
Always a good experience, great food! Limited staff and seating last visit but service was excellent with very little wait time. I wish I remembered our server's name, she was the best ? (Sara? Tara?)
Instantly walking in we were met by the most rude hostess I've ever encountered. We were there to meet a friend who was sitting at the bar waiting on us. Before we could speak she rudely barks at us and says " no open seating" we tried to tell her or friend was at the bar and she interrupted us and said "I said no open seating! I'll be with you in a minute" then finally I got to tell her we were meeting our friend who was at the bar and she just says fine! And walked away. Or bartender was amazing though. But the hostess was just an ugly and rude person!
They were short staffed and the wait was way too long for the amount of tables available. We were having a girls night out and playing dirty Santa and our server was very rude to us. Our table was way too small and when we asked to add a table we were told no, even though there were plenty of tables available.
