They left a napkin in our bag that said " We are out of sauce sorry" like seriously on the napkin. They didn't tell me in person because the 2 girls that brought out the food didn't say anything when they brought it out. When I went in to discuss the app messing up my payment with the manager the same 2 girls were gossiping and taking about other customers and I all my sandwiches had no cheese and food was cold. I have never had such a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A ever. My first and last time going to this joke of a place.
Sometimes I go to Chick-fil-A even if I'm not craving chicken if I want my food hot & fresh plus friendly service. They are 100% on the ball and they run a drive-thru like nobody's business!
By far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. We ordered inside and waited so long for our food. There were so many workers probably more than I’ve seen in a store before but they were all using their time at work as a social hour. One girl was basically doing all of the work and she was about running around trying to get it done. There definitely needs to better training. After a long day of traveling I just wanted a simple salad to eat but we didn’t even get everything that was supposed to come with the order. Very disappointing.
Took ten minutes to prepare my food I ordered 1 original chicken sandwich with some medium fries the customer service was terrific but the lady that ordered my food put 2 original chicken sandwiches. She politely refunded me for the extra original chicken sandwich. I would definitely recommend the place.
I pulled up to get my preordered to go meal and set outside for 22 minutes.. I text them when I got there what no what number I was in period period when they finally bring my cold food to me I was told it was my fault because the description of the vehicle was wrong never mind the fact that I literally text them the number slot I was in . No offer of an apology or an offer To make it right. They just gave me my cold food. I will have to go back because my children love eating there but I will never eat another thing from there
This is the fastest Chick-fil-A drive thru I've ever been to! Everyone is polite and patient. The drive thru is quicker than the customers making up their mind on what they want to eat. Amazing team here
I love chick fil a. Always a consistent product and super friendly staff. I docked a star for this location because the drive thru was much slower than others and my food was warm but not hot.
Took 20 minutes for curbside. Waited so long the actually asked me if I'd received my order. They also told me when they came out they didn't have the coffee I'd ordered, but the lady walked away before I had the time to ask for another drink. They threw in some ice cream, but I'd rather have my drink.
I have no idea how they pull it off, but these guys have seemingly conquered everything that is bad about the drive-thru experience, and turned it into a marvelous experience. These guys managed to be insanely fast throughout the entire process with my only possible gripe being that when the attendant outside asks what I'd like for my order, for some reason they very much rarely show me the options. This means that I either have to request it which is not a big deal or I have two already know what I want to order. I guess in a step of good measure it would be awesome if they had some kind of a menu that they would automatically show you and simply present to you. Just thinking that it would be better to assume someone doesn't know the menu rather than assuming someone does. That is full disclosure, nitpicking I know but it's the only thing that I can say negative about the entire place
Two visits in a row, my chicken sandwiches were subpar and very disappointing. I don’t know what’s going on, but my bread has been dry and Styrofoam-y. Still giving five stars because I support the brand. But if y’all could get the bread situation figured out that would be really cool.
