get rid of spicy fish.i ordered regular same old captain ds fish I always get drove home 30 miles away and it was so spicy my family couldn't eat it two of them have stomach problems they are so sick.if you cook spicy fish in same oil you cook regular fish it's all gonna be spicy.then I promise you will be out of business.if it ain't broke don't fix it.i am thinking very serious about driving the 60 miles to get my money back for a 10 peace family meal.im so mad if people want spicy they can put hot sauce on it. will think twice before going back and we eat there alot.i want to say this once more.you will be out of business if you don't get rid of spicy fish.all your grease will end up spicy and you will lose a tremendous amount of business... thanks for wasting my money.

Took my sister to the drive-through and the young Man by the name of Aiden was rushing her to the point he didn’t understand what she was ordering or what she wanted and then when I got to the window and spoke to this lady I guess she was one of the managers because he thought what he had done was funny and after she received her food I was told that the only thing she done was told him that he couldn’t take orders and to calm down. Would I ever go back , I don’t think so

EVERYTIME, i come to this specific location. Which is every Friday, at RUSH HOUR. I am NEVER disappointed. The female employee named Tiffany Seay ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure my order is correct, that i have everything i need and request. They can be slam busy and she doesn’t show frustration, or stress. she simply will handle anything calmly and with a smile. She’ll take care of me AND my family as if we’re the first customers of the day. This woman is the ONLY reason i come to this location. She DESERVES a raise. Definitely need more people like her. Not just at captain d's but in every work genre.

Waited in line at drive thru way too long. Finally got order with cars behind me so I did not check order. Got home and the sides that were ordered and paid Xtra for were not there. Called and finally someone answered the phone and then layed the phone down. Still listening 30 min later. Not worth going back

Placed an online order for $45+ shortly after 7pm. Got to the restaurant around 730pm to pick it up and the store was closed and dark. Waited to see if my pending charge would drop off but nope, charge went through just as if I had gotten my food. Called the corporate office to request a refund, was told it was processed, waiting over a week and no refund was issued. Finally had to contact my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back. Bottom line, a significant amount of orders are now placed online or through an app so a company needs to have systems in place to ensure that a) online orders are not accepted for locations that are not open, especially if they close before the posted business hours, or b) the system has a means to tell when the order is not received and reverses the payment without having the customer have to jump through hoops to get their money back. Having none of this in place simply tells the customer you value neither their business or their time. Bad business, period.

We were able to eat in and had fast courteous service. Our meals were good and it was nice to have smiling faces wish us a good day.

$46 for a 3 piece meal and a seafood feast.... no thank you. The food isn't that good. Had I ordered online the total should have been $22.00.

Their food is always fresh and the employees are always the friendliest. In today's fast food atmosphere with staff shortages and people stressed to the max, I can honestly say that this particular location is always a breath of fresh air. Doesn't hurt that the air always smell super good there also.

My main reason for stopping was the jalapeno cheddar bites. The jalapeno bites were better than Burger King's (down the road). They were hot and fresh! The service was quick, and the fish and fries were great too!

Oh my goodness... I'm not trying to be mean by far but for what the prices are in that restaurant and the quality of food which was about a two-star the girl that took our order also prepared our plates to dine in her fingernails were so long that even though she grabbed a paper and was grabbing our fish and french fries to put it on our plate her fingernails reached over the paper so she was still touching our food with those at least 3 in decorated with crystals fingernails. I'm sorry to leave this awful review but the service was bad the food was a two-star but after seeing the girl with the long fingernails taking the order and fixing up the meals I have to give you all a one star because if I could give you a no star I would I will never be back
