This place is awful. It is near work so I find myself occasionally trying to find a meal in a pinch. Last week, I sat at the drive through window at 7:00 pm with 9 vehicles waiting behind me while I waited “just a moment” for a timed 12 minutes and never again heard from the window attendant but had to just drive off. Again, this morning while the signs say 6:00 am, an employee sat behind the register and watched as I tried to open the door. Definitely not good for business, and lost mine.
It's always something with this location! In the past we've pulled up and been informed they have no ice and cash only. Today they had a whole list of what they were out of, mayo, and multiple soda flavors.I had ordered 2 spicy ch'king meals and we order then we wait a good 5 mins before we get to the 1st window to pay. The guy running the register wanted to make sure I wanted the 2 ch'kings because they will have to make them. If it was a concern they should've put them on WHEN I ORDERED MY MEAL. So then we had to wait even longer.Bad management. They need to get on top of supply orders and TIME MANAGEMENT! I could understand if it was one experience but it's been many since the new year.They're probably under staffed, over worked and under paid. They were all kind and had smiles on their faces?
Food was great. Service could of been a little better. Didn't ask if we wanted ranch or anything for the nuggets though.
Neither of the employees we came in contact with were friendly. They both would roll their eyes or blowing. They didn't want to be there apparently
I enjoyed it and took some home for dinner
Good food, very slow drive through always.
The staff was not friendly, didn't ask about the sauces after ordering chicken nuggets, and got the order wrong.
