I was sooo excited to go to Bojangles, since I don't have one in my home town in OKLAHOMA! It has the best chicken, dirty rice, and cold slaw on the planet! And USUALLY the best service. But not this time... After waiting a very long time in the drive-thru, (we ordered a very large family meal) we finally made it to the window. I was handed, what I THOUGHT was, my large Sweet Tea and Pink lemonaide... And it was VERY SOUR!!! I inquired if it had any sweet tea in it, and was told that I ordered regular tea - AND I NEVER DRINK REGULAR TEA!!! She refused to fix me another one, and said that I said regular tea! She was hateful and dismissive. I would Not advise going to this Bojangles location. Customer Service is very important to me, and this woman ruined my tea, and my dinner!
My family and I enjoy the food, but two time now, recently and yesterday we order through the drive thru and then get to our destination only to find we are missing food from our order. That is very heart breaking to spend money on items and then not actually get them. We usually do not have time to back to retrieve them. We do not always have time to check the order but guess we will have to do that. We also do not get napkins or straws sometimes. Hope that the folks that work there try to do a little better on the orders being correct.
The bathroom hD a sewage odor and the food has changed there is a lot less spices and it was a big disappointment. However the staff were friendly.
This has become my regular breakfast spot when eating out. I've been in a bunch over the past year. Their dining room has been consistently open when everyone else's has been closed.Biscuits are always fresh and on point.The hash browns are always perfect and hot.The service is always friendly and fast.
Spicy Chicken Sandwich is worth the wait. Must be good..the drive through is packed open to close

I stopped in to get the banana and chocolate fried pie. Last time I was in this same BoJangles and bought 2 of them, when I got to the window they told me an order had 2 of the fried press in it and it was about 3.50.This trip the girl on the mic told me there was only 1 per order and said the price for 2 was over 5.00, I argued with her, she told me to come to the window. Then the gutless wonder had a young man serving me.I told him they needed better training and needed to get their prices on the board changed if they were going to charge more.That poor young man had tears running down his face. I told him not to be upset, I was not upset with him but I was upset at their lost training and how the woman treated me.I left there feeling like that woman was overcharging and pocketing it. ThisBoJangle needs to hire and train better!!
Fast and friendly service and their breakfast and lunch menu is outstanding ? ps don't forget their deserts great stuff ?
