Fast and friendly service. This location always serves food hot and not messy.
Not the best customer service had to wait at the cash register for almost 10 minutes for somebody to wait on me and they weren't that busy except the drive-thru I was inside at the counter but the food was good
Minimal customer service. Stingy with their condiments. Premium chicken is fried up scrunch no tender chicken that like set under the warmer all morning. They shouldn’t be allowed to serve food like that.
My husband and I decided to try French dip sandwiches....yummmmy!Also, they had crinkle and fries in addition to their normal curly fries. I tried out the crinkle ones and really enjoyed them.Everyone was nice.
Food was wrong and tasted like it was cooked 2 days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They had NOTHING that was showing on there menu and don't have any signs showing currently out or anything like that. ?
Nice light display with good music to listen to. Well worth time and money.
I pulled up at drive through at night during scheduled open hours. A message came out of speaker that they were closed. I sat there in shock as I checked hours on line before I came and was there an hour before closing. Plus, I have never heard a message at drive through that they were closed anywhere. I sat there a few minutes notifying the person I was picking up for. When I stayed there, another message came across that they could take my order, but gave a list of 8 items they were out of. I said it was easier if they would tell me what they had, rather than not had. It was 3 items that the other party was not interested in. She stated they would get a shipment the following day. I went back thinking it would be fresh. It was not. It was very disappointing for us both!

Consistently the worst fries from any Arby's or fast food in general. Just got the hardest and driest fries I've ever eaten. Even Wendy's is trying to step up their game with their new hot and crispy fries guarantee. No wonder Wendy's drive thru was wrapped around the building and Arby's had just a few cars. Won't visit this one again anytime soon.
