I’ve had enough with this Zaxbys location! Tonight was the fourth visit in a row that my order was incorrect. I ordered extra sauces that were on the receipt that was not in the drive through bag. This is a very common occurrence at this location. This location also serves its salads so cold that there isn’t much taste at all.I work twelve hours and fourth five minute shifts getting up at 3am for a fourth five minute drive to work. So fourteen hours and fifteen minutes of my day involves work. I’m not going to waste more time making a return trip to zaxbys for something that should have been in the bag to begin with! I will spend my money elsewhere…
Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and Ordered three salads all of them were wrong and because it was close to closing I couldn’t go back to get a new order. The manager was very rude and said I can come back whenever I wanted and replace my food I wanted a refund since I had no food to eat for that night and she said umm sorry we will only replace your food and that’s it then hung up on me.
Got a family meal bread was soggy,fries were so so but the chicken tenders were very small ( nugget size) and they left out the Zac sauce. And the tea I paid extra for was basically tea flavored water. ?
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had for fast food. I went into the drive thru and ordered my food at 11:39am on this date. Sat in line for 5 minutes waiting for the cars ahead of me to get their food. Once I get next to the pick up window, I sit there for 10 minutes waiting on my food. The employee then pops his head out and says you can pull up and wait another 5 minutes for your food or we can refund you. I elected to wait another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes my food never comes out. I go back inside and wait another 5 minutes. My food finally comes out after 25 minutes of waiting. I ordered three sandwich meals and paid for them all to be large. I requested some condiments and the employee says I can only give you two packs. I requested more because of the quantity of meals and the employee said no. I left very annoyed. Get to the car and realize we did not receive our large fries as paid for. One of our sandwiches was also served cold. We also were only given a single napkin. This was a terrible experience. I Would not recommend going to this place.
Drive thru is extremely busy at dinner rush. I walked in and ordered to-go and it was very quick.
The food was great! Wasnt an extremely long wait and servers are window was polite. Will continue to enjoy this Zaxbys in the future

Staff is always friendly and usually pretty fast to serve. The bad review is bc I requested a cup of ice and they wanted to charge me $2.99. Mins you this was via the drive-thru, so I couldn’t fill my cup with anything but what they would have handed me. What a joke. The cashier was apologetic, but what a silly policy to have in place. Another greedy franchise owner…?♂️

We ordered two of the kickin chicken sandwich meals to go, got home and neither sandwich had the kickin hot sauce!! Both were plain chicken strips with only ranch dressing on them...Very disappointed ? ?
