My four year old wanted Zaxby's and we headed inside to the lobby because the drive through is generally busy and we were going to sit down to eat. We literally get to the register (mind you there were only three people in line inside; us being #3) and as we walk up the guy tells us that they are shutting down the lobby and can no longer take any orders inside and we would have to go through the drive thru. If it was that crazy, lock the doors and service who's still in the lobby. Needless to say I haven't, nor will I ever, go back to Cedar Bluff's Zaxby's.
3/3 times I've ordered from there my order has never been correct. Prime example I ordered the new signature club and was given just a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I highly advise double checking your orders before leaving the parking lot.
Went on a Friday evening and we had our daughter with us. We ate inside there where homeless people hanging out inside and out. Asking for money and there were people just hanging out inside that looked like the live in a truck outside that I know have not been moved in a while. Just not the environment I want to eat dinner with family. Very disappointed that mangers don’t do anything about any of it.
I had issues with the app, but the staff took care of me and more than made it right. Best Zax in town.
Picked up an Uber Eats order. Didn't like that I had to fill the customers drink though. Have had to do it twice.
The food is good sometime sometimes it is hidden yes I understand they are sure on staff However They need to be more intentive on their customers that have multiple orders
It was the worst meal ive ever had from Zaxbys. I stopped in for a late lunch and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, first off I ordered it plain and it came out with mayo on it so I took it back and got one plain. My first bite I couldn't believe how awful the chicken was. It was so tough I couldn't eat it. I throw it in the trash and left. Its not like it used to be, beware! I won't be going back. No apologies or anything from the staff when they got my order wrong so I knew it would not matter to them how bad my sandwich was. Have it a 1 because I have no way to give it a 0
Orders wrong, cold food. Plenty of workers behind counter. Do better!
Excellent crinkle cut fries. Great chicken tenders. Food was hot and delicious.
I drive for Bitesquad. I understand the store on Cedar Bluff is short staffed. However, no one in the store on the evening of 8/15 seemed to be trained on the online order system. They insisted the order I needed was not at that store but never looked at their tablet. They looked through receipts only. Bitesquad finally had to cancel the order. The employees need to be trained correctly on this system as well as customer relations.
