Staff has become very rude and the food seems to always be cold. I’ve had multiple issues at this location and blame it on poor management. My family will no longer eat at this location

I opened the Powell restaurant in Knoxville, Tennessee years ago... I have always loved the food there, especially their wings and tenders. I was happy to see the location in the Halls area is still open! Haven't been there in years, and it's still really delicious!!!Their 'nuclear' hot sauce is still my favorite one!
Never had Zaxby's before. Ordered a salad with grilled chicken. It was pretty decent for a fast food salad. Would like to try a sandwich sometime.
