The only reason it gets one star is Bc the order was right. We put in a mobile order and went through the drive thru when we got to the window they told us to pull up to the door. We waited for 20 minutes and finally I decided to go in and it had been sitting on the counter for I have no idea how long. Not a single employee helped me find my order either. Every employee was just staying talking to each other but didn’t acknowledge the customers. I’m normally not the person to complain since I work in the service industry but this was not okay.
Literally just left from there ordered the grilled chicken sand-which with no ranch sauce and the girl literally argued with me that it didn’t come with ranch sauce even though it plainly says that on the marque. Told her that and she still told le i was wrong. TERRIBLE customer service. Y’all might want to retrain the people taking your customers orders so maybe they know what comes on the actual product,… Never coming here again.
Tried to do an order online my card was charged but when I called to confirm I was informed my order was at another store. Called the other store no record of my order. Called the bearden store AGAIN they advised the order did not go thru but my card was charged. Ordered over the phone AGAIN no one acknowledged the mistake or apologized paid for the order a second time. I now have 2 charges for 29.00 on my card for only one order. This location has terrible customer service and a manager who hides in the back of the store when the store screws up your order.
Rude staff, fries were cold, bread was hard to the point of being inedible, drink machine wasn’t changed right (both drinks were bitter), and the chicken tasted funny. If you want good zaxbys, try the location at Turkey Creek instead.
For a start it is 65° in the store that for me is ten degrees lower than comfortable.I waited 5:22 to be acknowledged at the front counter, even with an employee walking back and forth ignoring me. Finally another woman from the back came up and took my order. I then waited 8:11 for my food to be called out (I was sitting in the closest seats to the counter) finally getting up to find my food unattended on the counter. My purchase was fried mushroom, cheese bites and a Cajun chicken sandwich. My fried mushroom where very good and the cheese bites also where good but the sandwich was cold and dry with a tiny bit of lettuce stale bacon one tomato on a cold bun. I spent 16.35 and was very disappointed
I got the 20 traditional wings All but two were the size of my thumb And one of the twenty was a wing tip Of since I got this at the drive-through I didn’t know this until I got back to my hotel this is the second time something similar has happened it’s been about three months since I’ve visited this location so I thought it might have been a fluke so I’ll try it again it was not a fluke this place is horrible bad service bad attitude from the servers if you have a choice don’t come here go somewhere else don’t waste your money I’m not sure if Zaxby’s overall is going out of business but with this kind of food and service I’ll bet it won’t be long don’t waste your time!!!
Food was warm, not hot, Like I requested. I called in I told the manager she replaced my meal with another warm meal not hot it seems that the night shift can't get it right but the day shift is excellent.
This was the worst Zaxbys I've ever been to. It took an incredibly long time to get my food. When I finally did it was wrong and they had forgotten multiple things. I will not go back to this location.
I ordered a Buffalo Blue Salad, and they didn’t even put Buffalo sauce on the tenders. Come on now. My order is ALWAYS wrong at this establishment. Check your bags before leaving. I also didn’t receive a receipt to be able to leave a review with Zaxby’s corporate.
I truly love Zaxby's chicken, however this particular establishment in Knoxville did not hit the mark. Their service was horrible. They completely ignore you when you walk in are online order was wrong. Took me forever to get it fixed the whole purpose of ordering online, especially if you're out of town as you can drive right in. Pick it up. You're in and out but not at this place. I would look for other Zaxby's not this one
