If I could give a negative star I would. Bad customer service at the window, got the wrong drink and the chicken tenders are like nuggets and room temp. Compare to a half fry. Waste of money and time.
Rude cashiers and staff. When I called, the manager on duty didn't even listen till I was finished telling him what happened. Order the wrong size of water and they'll charge you an $0.89 "cup charge" -- or even the price of a soda. This location deserved five stars a couple of years ago. If you like Zaxby's go to another location. I'm changing my review.
Ordered a fried Cobb Zalad and there wasn't any chicken on the salad. Also ordered a zaxbys signature sandwich combo and did not receive the combo. Also ordered an extra ranch and zaxby sauce and did not receive them. For the big zax snak meal the zaxbys sauce had a cut in it.
This place is not a good choice they screw up almost every order even though you tell them 3-4 times while ordering what you want, I will not nor would not recommend this establishment to anybody. I would say if you want Zaxbys then go to a different location as this one has poor customer service.

I asked for seasons salt, They gave me an empty container I had to get back in line to go back through the drive-through, I asked for extra zaxby sauce, They gave me ranch.Not happy
No forks, spoons or napkins available. No drink lids and front counter was painfully slow with one indifferent employee. Meanwhile food was lukewarm with no ketchup for fries. And these folks want $15 hr !? Never again. Go broke Zaxby's !
I asked for a specific sauce with my order instead of their ranch plus additional sauces, they said yes, but when I got my order it wasn't what I asked for and they only gave one additional sauce for 3 meals then they wanted to charge me extra for the extra sauces I went back for
Sunset at #zaxbys on Clinton Highway. And damn are the chicken and fried mushrooms good!
