Andrew and Sallie were incredible! We arrived earlier than scheduled for our Large pickup order (40+ meals) and they had it ready for us before I could fill my cup and sit down.Side note, the restaurant was clean and well lit, love the drink machine and crowd-pleasing meals.
I appreciate that the store is very busy and understaffed. I did not mind my 25~ minute drive thru wait. This is, however, the single most unacceptably disgusting thing I have ever been served at a fast food place. There is at least 4 ounces of sauce that spilled into the bag. The soggiest, nastiest bread due to the pool of sauce it sat in, even after spilling most of it. It is truly a massive amount of sauce. I would imagine enough for 40-50 sandwiches. This is absolutely disgusting.Edit : the second meal we ordered (big zak snack meal) came with 1 & 1/2 tenders. What a MESS.With the volume at the store, and the lack of staff: I would imagine they are very overworked. Why not slow down and aim for either order accuracy and food quality, rather than pushing people out as fast as possible with inaccurate and disgusting food? Who is managing this place? Yikes!!!
Very racist managers! They need workers but send a kid home for wearing the proper shoes they require?!? Then proceed to ask if he is comfortable if they tell racist jokes!?! I made him quit today because this is unreal to have to deal with. I have contacted corporate and will proceed to file a discrimination suit!!
Update- received a call from HR I was asked to attend work today and was happy to do so. I asked if it somehow be discussed with management that everyone be treated with respect and be treated with kindness even when the job gets tough. So we are going to see guys. Have a blessed day everyone.
I sat in the drive threw almost 45 mins in total ordered three meals I repeated the order multiple times was repeated back the order multiple times only to find out they messed every order I had up and when I called i didn’t get any answer won’t be using or recommending this location to anyone (not the first time it’s happened )
Dine in lobby was closed making drive through your only option. They close at 8 pm.too. weird covid has been going on 2 years and they haven't installed protocols to let dinners have indoor dining.
Had a little incident but ,Holly and Curtis are truly the best. Honestly other restaurants need ppl like them. Hard to find someone that cares about what they do and take pride in it. I would give Holly and Curtis 100 stars if I could.
Store is looking old needs updating. They were not busy only 1 person in front of me took order but took Forever for food to be ready waited at least 15 minutes the one in Lebanon where I live is always crowded but gets the food out quick and hot
Fresh and hot made to order..I had a Cobb salad and my friends had the chicken fingers. Yummy!
Same great salad. Better tunes than at home. ❤❤❤ Mei who took my order was the bestest!
